hey great video as always! i just stumbled upon the journey builder/command centre and it got me confused a bit. it looks really similar to blueprints and workflows. Would you guys recommend using the journey builder/command centre? or can you maybe do a video on the subject? it would help me out a lot. thanks!

Hello I had a quick question whenever I change a specific field on one of the clients it shows up as a task as it's supposed to since I made a workflow for it.However if I upload a report that updates the current clients information the task will not show up.For example I currently have a workflow setup that creates a task notification in my dashboard notifying when a status changes from active to terminated.If I go into it through the CRM and change it myself it will create the task notification. However if the client is active and already in the CRM and I Import another reportThat has that same client as terminated it will update in the system but it will not create a task for it I will still have to manually change it once it Import
Is there any way around this?

With the scheduled actions I have a question
If I do a scheduled action to be 20 days from the trigger
If in that scheduled action I put in a task
With that task and when it’s due, is the days I put in their - is that the number of days from the ORIGINAL TRIGGER or is the amount of days I out in their from when the scheduled tasks got triggered
For example
If the scheduled task is 20 days from the original trigger
And I have put in the task to be due in 25 days days
Will that task pop up in 25 days from the original al trigger
OR
will it pop up 45 days from the original trigger?
Hope all that makes sense..
All tasks go from the original trigger so in this case 25days.
@@Zenatta So if I have a set of SCHEDULED ACTIONS and the scheduled actions is set for 360 days from the original trigger
@@Zenatta And then i have TASKS within the scheduled actions - what is the due date that I require in there??? for example if I want a scheduled action to pop up 370 days from the original trigger do I need that specific task to be 370 days? OR does it need to be 10 days because the scheduled action is set for 360 days from original trigger?
@@Zenatta sorry... hope that all makes sense.. I just want to be touching base with prospects ever quarter and want a task notifying me to do so every quarter for 2-3 years because thats how long we can be following up clients..
Can I automate emails to send? From templates.
You absolutely can! One you have an email template built for a specific module, workflows from that module can automatically sent it our for you.
If we send automated email 1 to new leads and if they open it so can we send them automate email 2 and if they wont open it so can we send the email 3.
