Eventually the year will repeat itself, so maybe one of the older weeks books will match the new year, or next year. But of course, if you don't need a planner anymore, I don't know what I would do with them. Probably try to sell them, since I bet there are someone out there collecting them for whatever reason.
The moomin one is really pretty ❤You can build up a collection with these. If it were me, I'd make pretty deco spreads in it.😂 Aaah, but if you want to re-use it functionally, I have some video on my channel, if you'd like to look up😅 nvm Really, adore the hobonichi weeks, can't wait to see your 2025 haul ❤
Yes you can! I am not much of a sticker decorative type of journal person. I like collecting pretty things like random coffee bags and frame them up to hang on my wall, and movie posters and such. But not inside notebooks 😅 I’ll check out your channel! I did an anti haul last year but didn’t do a video about it. I should have! I only thought two Techo one A6 and one Weeks. That was it! This year is pretty mild as well. But hobinichi just has a way don’t they of pulling you back in for more!
Oh that's the term I noticed the community used to distinguish journalling which mainly to keep memories, events, special occasions, etc. from journaling that is more self reflective. I also used to have a journal to note down the dreams I experienced when I am sleeping which was very complex and long winded which made me think that it was my brain trying to cope with stress. So I tried to analyse them within the context of my real life events. I do not dream like that as much so I no longer have a "dream journal". But essentially there are different types of journaling activities to serve different purpose. Like some have gratitude journal. Something I personally myself never have done.
@@TwoMiceOnMyBookshelf I used to keep a journal-had it since I was a preteen. Then I stopped a couple of years ago. It’s probably why I started recording videos. And sometimes they ended up online. To speak into the ether was a comfort I suppose. But it turned ugly for me. Particularly when the ‘algorithm’ took over and I got a slightly higher viewership. Ugliness from the strangers was hard to handle. Ugliness from the regulars was worse. I took down those videos a couple of days ago and don’t think I’ll put them back up. So I think it’s time to start journaling again. But even if it doesn’t fit your definition, I like the idea of calling it memory keeping. Verbosity is a good thing to capture. And yes I too have tried to capture my dreams in the past. Sometimes in writing, sometimes in video. I chuckle at the dream videos I recorded. Completely pointless, but they do express the crazy confusion you feel as you awaken.
@@kellylyons7611That space isn’t the best to have deep meaningful conversations. Why don’t you start another channel for journaling? I would love to hear more about it from you and I know folks in the stationary community, I can’t speak for the planner community, are more open to such conversations.

Yes. I thought about selling but I thought who would want them? I might try. Or I’ll just use them as doodle books or notebooks ignoring the dates.

When you say memory keeping, do you mean a diary or journal? Or is it a more generic all-encompassing phrase? Either way, so quaint.
