Best story yet. 😂 Buyer was thinking, “thx for the free upgrades”.
Absolutely. 👍 imagine the look on the sellers face if he was lying about the defects and now he has to show proof of repairs!!! Too funny. 😂
A lot of these sellers are total idiots who got some paper wealth by total accident
Is mortgage fraud a total accident? 😂
This is the BEST story so far I heard from this channel. People should understand and respect that once the agreement is signed (both parties), it becomes a legal document. Do not try to use foolish reasons/excuses to back out. Yes, either side can come up with reasonable and ethical ways to persuade the other side but usual, financial compensation by far would be the best solution. I have seem many situations - if a deal goes TOO EASILY or SMOOTHLY, one side may regret - Did I offer too much money? OR Did I accept too low an offer???
Well said.
Seller remorse or desperation ?
the numbers are scary. it’s gonna take a while to see prices go up with consistant sales
It is simply very sad for the seller because he already had seller's remorse regarding his childhood home. He must be grief stricken now. A lesson to consider all the most logical ramifications before taking such serious action, in writing. Wow.
These type of people view honest law abiding people as suckers. They purchase with fraud (mortgage fraud) and sell with fraud.
Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland announced two significant changes to federal mortgage policy Monday, raising the price cap for insured mortgages to $1.5-million, up from $1-million, and expanding eligibility for 30-year mortgage amortizations to all first-time homebuyers
As Napoleon Dynamite would say...."idiot" lol omg this was a karma story lol a great example of what not to do!
Roughly half of mortgage holders have yet to face higher rates ( tostar) headline today. Party just getting warmed up or in 3rd innings of the collapse ? Can only see corp. buyers like Blackrock to replace the money laundering groups (China in deflation) as the mkt. tanks in the next 1-3 yrs. so need to see rules around them too ?
Wow so the seller can actually do that.....
No, the Seller can’t do that. But this one tried, thinking he’s the smartest person in the room.
That's a good one 😅
I don’t think he actually has to fix it. Bc when you buy a house it is as is …
Depends on what is in the selling agreement.
Because the defects were declared before closing, I think the seller maybe on the hook to fix
I'm No.2
Not very smart seller
In 2 yrs the house be worth 100-150k more potentially. The buyer knows that and wants that house.
YES, because all the immigrants will buy the inventory.
Perhaps. 🤔
Regardless, a deal is a deal.
