I'm in the same situation, scanty hair nd pcod. I had very thick hair before pcod nd now due to frequent hair fall my hair has become scanty but after doing 20 mins of hair massage everyday nd less frequent bathing nd braiding two sides before going to sleep helped me to decrease hair fall nd promote growth of baby hairs. I was doing inversion method everyday nd it helped me a lot to cop with my drastic hair fall but still my hair is too fragile even though I could bring back the volume. So it's best to not do any kind of chemical treatments nd blow dry because scanty hair won't be able to cop with any kind of chemicals nd it will surely damage the hair even more in the long run go for a more natural way like I mentioned it really gave results for me even though a little time consuming nd use flaxseeds, it would help to maintain a good texture to our hair. (Type flaxseeds for hair in UA-cam u will get the method).
