    It was done very quickly, so please try to thank them for their hard work. I took the liberty of editing some of the lines to sound smoother in English.
    Hello everyone, ac here. I hope you're doing well!
    I recently turned off all UA-cam notifications, as there were just too many, and sometimes people would be mean which I'd just rather not see lol. So as a result I'll likely end up missing most comments. Previously, I always moderated the comments, getting rid of anything too obscene or stupid or hate speech and whatnot, so I'm just hoping that won't end up being a problem. If you see something particularly bad you can DM me on Twitter and I'll make sure to deal with it.
    Poor Mahiru... I feel very bad for her. Try your best to be respectful both of her struggles and injuries and the victim in her case. Clearly everyone has it rough. It was nice to see Es be so caring here- I think it's clear that their walls are slowly being broken down.
    Have a great day! I'll see you again once all of their Twitter answers are posted.
    Also I don't really remember, I think I might have mentioned it in my last video, but UA-cam rejected my request for channel monetization LMAO. It's not a very big deal (I will continue to make these anyway) but L for me... 😔
    Voice Actors:
    Es: Amami Yurina
    Mahiru: Okasaki Miho

    She almost sounds like a survivor of abuse. To me it explains why she's so quick to forgive those who have hurt her, she's used to covering for others. I had friends who'd often defend their partners in that sense, giving excuses such as "He had his reasons" or "It was probably going to happen anyway, you know who I am." She likes people that work hard, because she works hard to give the image of a healthy relationship towards the outside world. I dunno, something I picked up on when listening in

      At first I had this theory where Mahiru was in an abusive relationship with her boyfriend in which she suffered a lot (like a battered woman) and as a defensive mechanism, started acting the same as her boyfriend which lead to his death.
      One thing that made me think that is in her first song, when you read the magazine text, one of them goes along the line of "Got invited to his house for the first time. This was my first time going to a guy's house. Couldn't get any food down my throat the whole day... I can barely remember a thing!" (you can look out for @shiama1408's comment on "This is how to be in love with you" to see what I meant) which gives HUGE redflag tbh, like why can't she remember anything??
      I'm not really sure in the end if that theory is plausible, but one thing is sure: she suffered too in this relationship. I just struggle to figure out how much
      (Sorry if there's any mistake, English ain't my first language)

    Honestly I think from this and her second song, she’s actively trying to see what actually happened between her and her boyfriend.
    She said that she wouldn’t change her love, but at least in the mv, her delusions of happiness in love are starting to fade away and she’s seeing the relationship for what it was: toxicity.
    I think voting her innocent is good. She’s really sweet, she is trying. She just doesn’t fully understand the gravity of what was going on yet. She’s trying.

    Mahiru's selflessness is so concerning omg... a people pleaser to the point of forgiving Kotoko for attacking her because "she's fighting for her own cause". Honey. Sweetie. If that cause means you were 1 shidou away from being unalive, I don't think you should be handing out forgiveness like that! I genuinely think the root cause of her 'murder' is this "I'll change myself for you no matter how much it hurts me because that's what love's about" mindset. That chameleon-like ability distanced herself from her boyfriend because she couldn't be open and vulnerable in a relationship. And she doesn't even know it. I feel like this drama says a lot about Es, in all honesty. I feel like they behave differently when interacting with Mahiru than the other prisoners. They straight-up refuse to let Shidou and Kazui refer to them so casually (Es-kun), but they’re perfectly content to let her refer to them so fondly. They seem genuinely upset about her condition and mad on her behalf at Kotoko. They don’t push her to talk like Haruka and Fuuta, and they don’t get snappy at her like they dk with Amane. I feel like they really do think of her as a “big sister”. I think that there’s a chance that the MILGRAM creators didn’t expect her to be voted guilty, and so Es’s reasoning for condemning her seems flimsy here.
    EDIT: Holy…Es is literally crying because they’re so upset at how their judgment has broken her. They care about her. They really do.

    How I feel about it, Mahiru was young and in love. She followed the path of mutual affection as any young girl would do but to HIM it was overbearing. In the MV we could see her partner giving her a tiny bite of cake, a small taste of something sweet and in parallel to her where she's giving him an entire fork full. Then cut to the vision of the cake being a rat, it makes sense how the little bits of attention and love he was giving her were just that. Either for show or to make her think he truly did care, and when she tried to return that affection it ultimately lead him to feel like he didn't want to be in the relationship. There wasn't communication on either side of this relationship, they were young and he fell out of love while she was still blissfully in the middle of it and instead of communicating to anyone that he was going through struggles he decided to end his life.
    Let me repeat, that is NOT Mahiru's fault! She may blame herself, or feel guilty-- or even have an emotional regulative disorder like BPD but that does not make her an obsessive 'Yandere' or a fully fledges abuser who basically wanted that to happen to him. Mahiru may have been blind to him struggling and with therapy, communication and help she could've seen her love to him wasn't helping but instead he took the quick road out. In no way is that selfish or his fault either (because i've seen people say that too), He was just going through a lot himself. This was a couple with their own things going on and neither communicated they just kept going about masking and pretending until one was no longer strong enough to keep fighting.
    It was so refreshing to see Es caring so deeply about Mahiru's condition, and truthfully I hope she gets voted Innocent because someone ending their life in a relationship is not the fault of another person in this exact scenario. Milgram as a whole proposes to us stories like this to make us think, WE are the Justice system we decide based on personal morality. I have LOADS more to say but applause to all the translators and to the teams who work on this project! Thank you for making such a wonderful experience for all of us to follow!

    Despite this, I think it was a good call to not forgive her in Trial 1. Mahiru would've probably gotten more out of control with her love with the innocent vote reinforcing it; she likely would've thought she did nothing wrong. I think the guilty vote made Mahiru reflect on her actions during her relationship.

    Es is right, she's really impressive. She's totally broken, physically mentally, we didn't forgive her, Kotoko broke her arm... But she still forgive everyone. And despite that she didn't change her mind and give up on love. (She don't have to give up on love btw, she have to learn how to love properly, this is totally different)
    Setting your own mind despite hearing a ton of people saying you're *wrong*, with a so low mental and physical health is REALLY impressive, yeah.
    And the way she forgives Kotoko because "She's fighting for her own cause" is just destroying me too. First she doesn't have to forgive her, but she still do. Second, if only she was right... Because no. Kotoko didn't fought for her own cause here, Kotoko mindlessly follows our own orders without a clue of what Mahiru's crime actually was. If she followed her own rules I believe she wouldn't have beat up Mahiru. I'm not sure about the boys (She defend child abuse so Fuuta uuuh... And we don't know much about Mikoto's crime in the end), but she would never thinks Mahiru is guilty of anything... If only she could thinks properly instead of brainlessly attacking people because someone point their finger at them.

But the guy was scared by Mahiru's behavior. Her words of support were literally poison, rot for him. Yes, maybe at first Mahiru's boyfriend tried to live in her bright world, avoiding problems and giving his girlfriend the same "sweets", but when the strength to lie ended and he asked Mahiru for help, she simply didn't understand that her words of support like "everything will be well, as long as we are together, I love you" don't help and have never helped. Because of this, Mahiru simply treated the guy to a "cake" as always, but this time the boyfriend himself could not ignore the truth, fully seeing how the world around them and themselves was crashed.

Turns out her love wasn't cake, it was toxic and hurtful, rotten, but in the same way, he gave her the same cake to her in the start of the MV. I know you want to say she is evil and etc, but she sounds a lot like a victim that was reproducing what she learned. In not any moment she fed him with actual rats, it's pretty clear it was just a figurative way to show stuff.

    I was going to vote to forgive her either way, but hearing this made me more confident that it was the right decision. She confirms that nothing will change her mind, so I think she's safe from any sort of negative side effect from the judgement, like what happened to Amane after T1 . I was a little worried about a repeat of that but it seems like it more comes down to . She can move forward and get through this if she is forgiven (and gets therapy and a support network.... please Deco*27 .......) but that can't possibly happen if she remains unforgiven. This also almost explicitly confirmed a theory that I've had for a while that Mahiru is extremely depressed. I think she is likely also an abuse victim, not necessarily from her boyfriend even though they did have a mutually toxic relationship, but it seems like her idea of love was skewed even before that. Plus it was her first time dating anyone on top of that. I heavily relate to Mahiru honestly, Listening to this was so painful and I feel so much empathy for her, despite her mistakes and flaws she really is just trying her best and was thrown in a terrible situation and she deserves another chance. I'm not sure how much sense this comment makes, my thoughts aren't really collected at all, haha. I also have a lot of thoughts about how this will affect Es but this comment is scattered enough as it is so I'll go into that somewhere else later. Thanks for reading if you made it this far . If I'm being honest, I truly don't know whether she should be innocent or guilty for this one. She isn't aware that her relationship with her boyfriend was toxic but she is aware that it was her love that caused his death and deeply regrets it. This inclines me to choose guilty since she isn't choosing to change and truly reflect on her relationship with her boyfriend. She doesn't see anything wrong with her type of love and how that affected him. But at the same time, she genuinely is a sweet and kind person. She clearly did not do her crime on purpose. It's still not a good enough excuse to justify her being the cause of her boyfriend's suicide but it shows that she has no ill-intent. So in this case, would it really be right to vote a good person guilty? In addition, I'm worried that if she gets voted guilty again, something extremely bad might happen to her that might cause her to die before moving on to the 3rd trial. Though Kotoko made a cease fire agreement promising that she won't hurt those with a guilty verdict anymore, I still don't completely trust that. Mahiru is already in such a fragile state that I'm afraid that another guilty verdict might mean something bad for her. I'm honestly stuck on this one.

      I think she should be voted guilty, if only to prevent her from killing again. It's impossible to save her ex, but it might be possible to save future victims.
      Of course, she doesn't deserve to die or anything. My opinion is based only in her crime and not in metavoting. I don't think there's any danger of her dying though, because if that happened we wouldn't get a third song and I doubt the writers will go that far.

      My opinion is that morally she's on the guilty side of things but I fall firmly on the side of metavoting here and think innocent is the better vote.
      Mahiru's main problem when it comes to guilt isn't her actions themselves; while it's unclear how far she went with whatever she considers normal "love", I don't think abuse that leads to suicide is the same as murder nor do I think even murder is truly unforgivable. The real problem is she is actively stating that she refuses to consider her actions as wrong even if they lead to the deaths of others and that she will not budge on this point no matter what. She acknowledges her actions are harmful but is so attached to this idea of love that she will not receive guidance towards a healthier mindset probably from anyone, especially not from us. She seemingly has no qualms about repeating her crime even with the newfound perspective she didn't have before. She might feel guiltier about it, but she won't stop.
      I think that somebody does need to stop her and that she shouldn't be allowed to harm future victims, but I don't think Milgram is the place for that. I hope she receives support on the outside from people she's actually willing to listen to, but her development has basically been taken out of our hands. I don't think (especially with how nebulous the final verdict's consequences are) voting her guilty in this system is worth the risks to her safety, however in the wrong she is, just so we can extrajudicially punish her. Milgram as a system is obviously morally wrong so I think the goal for me at least in voting is just getting the prisoners through it with as little harm to their well-being (both physical and mental) as possible. Since guilty won't prevent her harmful ideology from perpetuating, I think it just won't be helpful.
      As an aside, I suspect this might be a similar issue with Amane wherein we can't necessarily change her mind and have to instead vote based on how much of a threat she is to other prisoners (Shidou).

    I understand what the people who are leaning towards voting her guilty and those who are torn between the innocent/guilty vote are saying, let me just add this. But let me just add this. If we vote her guilty again, and Kotoko attacks her again, there is a very high probability that Mahiru will be lost. In other words, she will DIE. As someone who personally doesn’t believe that Mahiru should have gotten guilty in the FIRST place( thought I am a wee bit glad because we got such a banger from her second trial), I want to vote her innocent. She acknowledges the fact that her abusing love was the reason of her bf’s suicide, and while she doesn’t agree with the fact that their relationship was toxic, I certainly believe that this is enough to see that she has learned her lesson in this context. I would actually CRY BIG MAN TEARS if a character like Mahiru would be voted guilty again and then die, especially since there are other character’s who knew EXACTLY what they were doing and got voted innocent *coughcough* HARUKA*cough*. I certainly don’t believe that Mahiru should die for her crimes at all. She suffered enough guys, just please let her get a therapist. Listen to her little hurt noises please :(
    Edit: I said earlier that I don’t believe that she should have been voted guilty in the first place, but after rewatching her MV, I think this might have been the best(?) path for her. While I may be a Mahiru apologist, I’ll acknowledge the fact that she and her boyfriend were in a toxic relationship. In the suicide forest, while both are shown with raggedy clothes and scratches, the boyfriend is in the obvious worse state, while Mahiru is still in her own happy world acting like everything is fine. While I seriously doubt that there was any physical abuse in the relationship, I believe that the guilty vote let Mahiru experience what it was like for the boyfriend before he committed suicide: broken, mentally and emotionally drained, and maybe even some health/physical complications like that of which comes from mental diseases like depression and schizophrenia. It’s a punishment that sorta fits for her, but now I believe that she has suffered more than what she deserves, most of the excess punishment coming from Kotoko. I still won’t go back on the idea that she needs to be voted innocent for her third trial.

    Mahiru seems to be chasing after the bliss of being in love and her intention haven't had any malice in them but I can imagine that her constand need for love ended up hurting him much more.
    I believe she either tried to ignore the issues they both had or tried to drown these negative feelings with new exciting "love".
    Also the end of Mahirus MV, switching between feeding him sweets and feeting him rats, makes me think this is her trying to convince herself, that everything is alright, in a "Look we are so happy, we love each other so much" kind of way. I also think the rats might be symbolizing, that she's making him sick with her constand treats (Since rats usually carry deseases)
    While I do feel sorry for her, I can't tell if I vote her Innocent or guilty. Neither of both options feel right to me

    As a spectator, I can say that you guys chose correctly by having Mahiru Guilty, but you all messed up by having Kotoko be selected as innocent. I don't understand much as I'm slowly going through the series. I can also imagine it was easy to forgive Kotoko not knowing she would be this violent. I guess In a way I kinda "forgive" the verdict on that aspect. Though I do wonder as I spectate more if the series is more so focused on if a character did something forgivable or not or maybe for some people it's their own way to control the feelings of others at their whim.
    "I can make this person feel better if I do *this*" it's easy to think since it's what we worry about seeing Mahiru in this state, I far from think an innocent verdict would do any different from a guilty. Though I am aware that she has already been labeled innocent.
    I think that this is a great drama, it really shows a lot of natural human nature through the viewers. Though I wonder as I go through these if we're deciding because of our own reflections on these people as well. I love this! I'm glad I got into this and I look forward into studying from an outside prospective as I refuse to partake in the voting aspect.
    Seeing people's justifications for what they choose, the arguments and issues that follow are good to note when learning about human nature. Thank you uploader!

    The way she kept saying "normal way to love someone" and then the obvious hint she was abused before, leads me to believe she had an abusive family or learned abusive love somewhere and then thought it was normal to be like that herself. Even if she had his best intentions in mind, and it stemming from other people, her actions are her own. It might be morally conflicting to not forgive someone totally delusional, but if she did this to the next person she fell in love with too, would that be okay? The problem is she said neither decision will change her viewpoint, she doesn't plan to reflect on the idea of her way of loving being wrong. So I assume people are just worried something worse will happen if she's voted guilty now, plus they feel pity for her. Personally I would still pick guilty but I don't know that that would help anything by this point...

    • @ilikescatsalot
      @ilikescatsalot Рік тому +4

      I think Mahiru has BPD, her intense love, her self-deprecating mindset, extreme attachment and also splitting.
      In her first trial it's clear her BPD is more relationship and love oriented, as usually people with BPD (not all people, it is not a one size fits all) cherish love more than anything in the world, and some borderline people want is pure and fairy tale imagined type of love, and that is exacly what got him killed. Even Es stated that "it was one-sided love" and "it was a relationship in your mind." which proves that Mahiru may have BPD. To be diagnosed you need to atleast exhibit 5/9 symptoms, and after watching both her trials, and listening to her trial songs and covers while also analysing those, I have come to realise she exhibits 5/9 symptoms.

    • @ilikescatsalot
      @ilikescatsalot Рік тому +3

      Fear of abandonment - in "This is how to be in love with you" you can see her calling her lover all the time, sometimes more happy sometimes seeming rather annoyed or angry. (this somewhat ties into Emotional Instability) Some lyrics in her first trial song that prove she is scared of abandonment:
      "If you don't hug me, even our hearts will start drifting apart I pretended to be a good girl, but really, I don't want to say "I'm okay""
      she doesn't want to drift away from him, and she would do everything in her power to make him stay. This is common in people with BPD, their fear of abandonment means they will do anything to make the person stay.
      "Giving you love to the point of pulling you down It's just because I still get worried, please forgive me"
      Another thing people do, she feels like not showing enough love might make him want to leave her, people with BPD are VERY overbearing in some cases, and the overbearing can cause many reactions depending on the person. The person can get either angry, annoyed, embarassed, and in some cases maybe fed up. Some people might be equally as overbearing, it all varies from person to person. However, in the worst case, an overbearing nature can be stressful, upsetting and uncomfortable. Mahiru's lover saw no way out other than suicide.
      "We can both feel lonely sometimes, but wonder if you'll get angry soon"
      People with BPD tend to feel very, very lonely sometimes. Even if they have a fulfilling relationship, feelings of loneliness, apathy and even worthlessness creep in at times. These feelings make people think things like "when will you get bored/tired of me?" and thoughts like "they like someone else.." or "they're going to leave me and i can't do anything about it.." People with BPD may either internalise these thoughts and explode in their partner's face, or ask them these questions on a daily basis which could be tiring or upsetting.

    • @ilikescatsalot
      @ilikescatsalot Рік тому +2

      Emotional instability - this is kind of short since there isnt a lot of it shown but this can be tied into splitting aswell. In Pyschogram and Parasite the lyrics like "you're disgusting" (Pyschogram) and "I hate you! I hate you! I hate you!" (Parasite) followed by obsessive lyrics "Hey, if not me who would you like?" (Pyschogram) and "If you love me, please notice me, please notice me, please notice me, let me dream." (Parasite) indicate it, which in simplest terms i can put it in basically is when someone idolises a person, their lover for example, then their lover might do a simple thing like not respond in a while and they go from loving to hating them, losing their trust in that person and even possibly wanting to break up. This isn't exactly an emotion, but people with BPD tend to be very sympathetic. Near the end of the trial, she sympathises with Kotoko, thinking the reason she got hurt by her was out of Kotoko's own sense of justice and what is good and evil. She doesn't judge her harshly and even forgives her, which Es praises Mahiru for.
      in her First Trial song the lyrics "Even when I test you, even the times we do the breakup ritual, Is because I love you" is also a form of splitting. BPD sufferers can do many rash things when splitting, and most of it is followed by shame, guilt, apathy and sadness.

      Unstable Relationships - This is pretty clear. Her intense love, undying obsession and constant checking in made her lover end his life. She compares being in love to a new perfect world, that love is equally as important as eating food and drinking water, love is just like breathing air. Life without love is like death to Mahiru. Dating someone with BPD is not easy, but it is not impossible. He unfortunately could not bare the weight of Mahiru's overbearing care, her phone calls at weird times since she could call him at night and in the mornings and her constant love confessions. These relationships CAN work out really well, but we see a lack of communication between Mahiru and her lover, and Mahiru not noticing that she isn't particularly mentally fit for a possible relationship or that her loving can be harmful if not talked about. People with BPD may not notice the weight of their actions, making them seem "fake", which IS NOT THE CASE. Mahiru didn't see how unstable or one sided her relationship was, which frankly wasn't her fault for her lover's suicide.

    • @ilikescatsalot
      @ilikescatsalot Рік тому +1

      Shift in identity - Shifts in identity are common in people with BPD. These can be sexuality and gender related, to even your moral values and whether you see yourself as evil or good. Mahiru thinks she deserved the pain Kotoko caused her, and that she deserves to be in Milgram. In her Second trial she asks Es "I was in a normal relationship, how am I guilty?" indicating that she didn't know what she did wrong, she was just in love. She thinks she did a good thing loving him to the very end. Later in the trial, after Es answers her question she goes onto admitting that her love and her overbearing nature might've killed her partner, indicating a slight change in how she views herself. In the beginning of the trial she's quite scared, and upset with the attack from Kotoko but near the end she is more and more firm on how love is important and to die for, and then thinking "she's gone ahead of herself" for expressing how she feels about her love and her crime, which are a series of identity shifts.

    Let's be real, she isn't guilty, we saw even in the MV that because of their toxic relationship they both ended up wounded, but they wouldn't left each other anyway, 'cause they loved each other to the point of not noticing the problem they had, as we can see that Mahiru's pov is "happy and clean" while the reality is rotten and consuming them. Her love (and his 'cause they both where damaging each other, and he didn't leave even when the situation was at its worst ) may be the reason why he died, but she just loved someone, it's not fair taking away that love from her I'm sure she will not do the same again.

    After watching the MV, I was very firmly in the Guilty column. But after listening to the VD, I am very conflicted. On the one hand, she seems to at least acknowledge that her boyfriend died because of her, and her capacity for empathy has been amply demonstrated. Yet on the other, she still denies that it was her “love” that is responsible. She just won’t make that leap and reflect on her actions critically. Hopefully the questions she answers will help to shed some light.

      i think that specific eng translation doesn’t really do the line justice. “my feelings are uncontrollable, they’re inconvenient but I don’t care” really misrepresents what she means, because that statement doesn’t imply lack of care in the original. that part in japanese is 気持ち(feelings)はアンコントロール(uncontrollable)/迷惑(a bother)だって上等(high class in certain contexts or something that can be handled swiftly in others) so maybe a more accurate portrayal of it would be “feelings are uncontrollable; because they’re a burden, bring it on” to me it sounds like this sounds an echo of her past statements saying love is a give and take and diving into that, rather than her saying she doesn’t care about how her feelings effect her boyfriend.
      she expects to take up room in his life, and she wants him to take up space in her life because that give and take makes love worth it to her (in the context of thinking bothersome emotions are high class and that being a part of a normal romantic experience). I don’t think she has ever meant to ignore her negative effects on others, I think she didn’t just didn’t know that her methods were not compatible with him (in the context of dealing with something swiftly). it felt like she wasn’t giving him the right support-not all people want to be coddled when they’re having a hard time, some need a more grounded approach to issues, and her babying and high expectations for their relationship probably felt demeaning and put more pressure on him.

    • @Thequeenofmemes
      @Thequeenofmemes Рік тому +4

      small add on, I don’t think she’s being purposely ignorant or ‘afraid to understand’ what she did, she does seem like she genuinely doesn’t understand what she’s done wrong-es can not give her a proper explanation either as they agree that she did seem to be genuinely happy at the start, but then goes… “well you being that happy seemed sus because of the other info I had so I thought you were a stalker” but even that was based on the fact that they didn’t Think she did wrong in that mv, but voted her off on the Chance that something was, which doesn’t really answer her questions as she can’t do anything based on es feeling suspicious that she was too happy. that convo basically went “but what about my actions seemed suspicious?” “you seemed so happy I thought you were delusional” “but this actually happened and here’s how?” She did want to know the whys and hows, but since they could not say anything of note, it sounds like “loving itself is bad” instead of “how you loved was inappropriate.” because es could not articulate that at this point as their information is limited.
      Mahiru knows that her love killed someone, she knows she did something wrong, but she can’t pinpoint what-she knows it can not be loving in general, but she doesn’t have the experience or emotional maturity to know if it was her actions or anything else, as the person who is condemning her doesn’t have a proper answer, so it es makes it sound like loving another person in general is unforgivable just off of the magazine slideshow of mahiru and her bfs dates(as this takes place before the new mv). She did seem really desperate to get a response though and I can’t tell if that’s something concerning regards to her personality or anxiety at being put in a position where she was beaten, and I wonder if es had a more concrete reply for her, if she would be more combative or if she would take it to heart and correct her behavior? But they didn’t, so I do wonder if for the third trial they might be able to communicate more, as es does seem willing to explain themselves, their actions, and why they chose those actions and mahiru does seem willing to learn, if not how to correct herself, then to learn what she did for things to turn out badly like they had.

    I don’t necessarily think that she should be voted guilty on this round. As I’m conflicted as to her wanting to continue to love the exact same way, I do think trial one guilty vote made her realize that her love killed him, even intentionally. But as she phrases it, she shouldn’t be not allowed to love anymore, because it is not a life to live without anyone to love in fear of hurting. By voting her innocent, I hope she will understand that loving someone isn’t the problem here, but she should now be aware that her love can be dangerous, and learn how to love and recognize when she is being toxic. Mahiru has the right to truly love someone, but she shouldn’t be egoistic about it ( only loving in the way that makes her feels good, even if this means being too selfless, but consider how her lover need to feel good too )

Though her reaction hit close to home, i too used to have some issues with a partner that made me wonder whether I was unfit to love at all because the way I did it hurt him, and us (put a lot of pressure, didn't communicate clearly...) and it felt unfair I couldn't do it the way I thought others did, so her reaction is very realistic, but well idk what to do for her
