One version made me feel the heartache and the torn emotions of someone desperately trying not to lose the person who's become foundation of her life and reason for existing... While the other version left me feeling as if someone were warming up for an athletic event, or showing a talent scout every trick in her toybox... I wonder which message the writer of the song was trying to convey.😉 Sometimes you just need o know when to pull it back a notch. Turn down the heat and let the sauce simmer if you want depth and flavor. It's the second version for me.
Well i guess to each his own, can't compare a cover especially, if you already knew they love making it differently and try making the song fit to their styles of singing individualy, but personally i always prefer a cover with soul and that can make your insides out, you know what i mean?... If it's heart breaking song? It literally feels like your hearts being torn apart, pulled out of your chest and slammed in the gutter!!! While slowly killing you with tears ruuning down your cheeks. But if it's a feel good song it's feels alive and gutsy!!! Like you wanna jump high up in the air and never goes down. That kind of feeling, when you listen to a singer who's doing justice to a piece, even if it's only a cover song. But i think both artist is unique and has different styles and techniques, and best of all both are great singers too. Just love KZ more not coz she's kababayan but, she's one of my favorite singers here in the Philippines, especially the millenials, but no one can top our seasoned singers here.

Shavia there no magnetic appeal and feeling to attract the viewer. There no frequency to let your skin fell the cool of sound. KZ had it all viewer to attract and fell the sound to let your heart vibrate and coolness that let your skin fell and the hair to stand thats they the sound absorb to ur heart.
Zhavia put much unnecessary rips & runs that overdo and that lessen the feelin of emotion...esp; the slanguish of the lyrics create lesser interest to the song itself..
The song is so touching and beautiful. The first one was an overkill while kz’s rendition was so simple but gives you goosebumps and made you cry.
what I like about kz is even though she has a lot of styles to offer she will never sacrifice the emotion and she will even add it's volume.

I like that Zhavia made her cover unique. KZ makes me cry every time. The beauty of KZ's version pulls at my heart.
KZ's version allows you time to soak into the story and the emotion of the song....listening to it is like a journey into that experience.
