Base on Dan Lok people don't buy because of logic, people buy because of emotion. I not sure you're try to corrected it or changed the negative words from Dan Lok?
HI Ginoe, people buy because of emotion. But for property, its not as straight forward, as if they place a booking because of emotion (without logic) they are likely to withdraw the booking anyways. So In my humble opinion, it will be better if you give them enough logical reason to take action. P/S: I am big fan of Dan Lok too!
