    Don't waste your money on a tub of "weight gainer" your just paying all that extra money for different kinds of sugars and carbs. Get a high protein content powder like an isolate or something with very low carbs so your getting what you're paying for which is the protein, save money by adding in carbs yourself and you can thank me for saving you money and showing you how to make your shakes taste even better. My other go to ingredients for this are Greek yogurt, frozen fruit, eggs, and if in bulking I'll get creative and throw in junk food like little Debbies snack and pop tarts, but post workout is the best time to add sugar to your shake, because the insulin spike will enhance protein synthesis.

      silatguy lol yes that was me frame carrying 465 and the weight started lowering and I tried to recover and tripped lol
