Been aching for a new episode!
I'll never have enough money to pay what this show is worth to me, but I'm going to be contributing to your patreon when I get paid.
    Thank you so much, Stephen!

Man, I'm a Brazilian Sociology teacher and last week I've planned an activity that consisted in producing a podcast episode ON THE CONCEPT OF WEBER'S IRON CAGE!!! And, since we're talking about the desenchantment of the world, I feel somehow we are spiritually connected! And it was a great episode, I loved your examples.

I didn't know philosophize This had a UA-cam channel. I've been listening to this podcast on Spotify for years, it is my number one favorite podcast of all time. Steven West is a genius level thinker, he really unpacks big ideas and puts the cookies on the bottom shelf so everyone can understand.

Stephen i know it's a podcast but it will be great for you to hire an editor that can displya your words in images in order to be more atractive on youtube. I really like the show how it is, but it could be an upgrade that could attract more people so you get more supported.

I've listened to everyone. It was my introduction to podcasts. It came about in a Nietzsche, Marx, and Freud class and the prof recommended the ones on Feuerbach and Marx and religion. Was immediately hooked. If you like West, bet you'd like Mike Duncan too. Similar sensibility and same quality.

I absolutely love your podcasts. I was wondering if you'd go more in depth about other fallacies, I know a bunch you briefly go though on your show, but would definitely love to learn more how to detect them as well. I know you had an episode pertaining to this, and wanted to do continuance. Definitely hope you'd be open to the idea.

And that's why those who learn to adapt to changing circumstances do better--changes in work, home, community, relationships, etc. Yeah ... kind of like social Darwinism.

If you can not explain it in simple terms, how well do you understand the concept. I wonder the ignorance your teachers laid like honey upon you, unbeknownst you were the Bee. I've liked, subbed and shared your channel with multiple friends just today. You're as rare as a parhelion to those that never met the sea.

Magic dies when you know how the trick is performed. This is the curse of reason. Science is literally a process of killing of magic and wonder. In Star Trek there is endless wonder. Here on Earth, there is finite wonder. What I would give to be on a star ship exploring new worlds.
