And the guns they use can range from $300-$2000, but it is well worth it, because the performance of them is unbelievable compared to your average paintball gun.

Then we played few 3 minutes games on the field. So actually you plan and prepare strategy for more time than you are really playing.

I remember as a a referee, I made a bad call from paint splatter. You can't win sometimes with people, it sucks because I felt bad that I had to call their teammate out but they still won anyways.
its called a trade. its very useful. If 1 team has a dominate snake player you cant match its better to sacrifice a player to get him off the field. On 1 field layout i was dominating center 50 for almost 5-6 rounds even getting G5. Teams on the sideline saw this and started sending a player to trade me out to get me out of 50.

In college we had wars so extensively if you were ever out of ammo you could post up behind a couch and pull ammo off the carpet. A few swipes of your hand over the carpet and you were alway able to defend yourself. If you were at the Lava House you had a Softair sidearm. Cause it could pop off at any moment. Good days.
I think you're misunderstanding what's happening. The player who traded is saying he was hit, but the ref said he wasn't but that player knew he felt a hit to his pack and rightly called himself out but the ball must've not broke on contact for the ref to say your good.
Usually that have different colored paints for each team so when u rub against an object with ur paint its easier to tell if u were hit or not

That's what we did in combat. We stopped and cried like sissies when the enemy shot at us. It worked really well. That's how we all made it home.
