It just kills me he could have been given far better material to work with because he clearly would have knocked it out of the park. And it´s not even that the show is bad, far from it. But it could have been great, and for me, it fell a bit short of that where the story and characters are concerned. And I always have a hard time when that happens; when it so close to fulfilling the potential you can taste it, and fails to deliver. Fingers crossed for season 2!

I absolutely loved this portrayal of him, though I did have a few problems. Felt the hair style needed to be only a tad shorter on the sides, and his vest should have been all mercher black. His voice also should have been a little more rasping like a knife. Otherwise perfect.
Freddy did such a good job! I was a bit skeptical cuz he was much older than kaz in the books, but I think that he'd an extremely good job with kaz. I feel like the writers made him a little too "soft" if that makes sense, but besides that I think it was done really well. I'm so hyped for season two! I do hope that it's a longer season tho cuz it looks like the first book will be the season on the six of crows perspective, and I want them to do the crows and their story justice

Kaz is clearly more ruthless in the books than he is in the show. I miss him... His dialogues with Inej felt too out of character. He met her only recently and we already have these love scenes, phrases and dialogues. I want more ruthlessness. But I like him, he is perfect....
