@@floatingbridge1 , dear Linda , I am practicing Aikido from 49 years, and went many times at OOMOTO center in Kameoka and AyaBE, Japan. I heard many others film movies of osensei chanting the Amatsu norito. I am also practicing and studying Kotodama, you can see my you tube channel. Yes this video is an arrangement of lots of older videos . And the voice is Morihei Ueshiba.

I think this "Amatsu norito" is popular among a sect established by Mokichi Okada, I'm not sure if it's used by ordinary Shinto followers
