I bought a weather station this year also. Been wanting one for so long and finally got one. Its an Ambient Weather station. I live in western New York and have the same wild weather. I love being able to look up the weather on the app. Happy gardening season 😊
Haha you live in Narnia too?! It's so crazy the weather we get sometimes. The Ambient ones look really nice! It's great being able to see exactly what's going on with the weather specific to where we live.

The usb is for plug-in into a computer so you can check the wheather from the app.

I had one that lasted for about 6 years. Good luck with it. It's a pretty good unit. I upgraded to the Weatherflow Tempest system 3 years ago.

Do you have to connect to Wi-Fi?
I have yet to connect ours to wifi, I would like to though so I can use the app. But it's been functioning well without being connected to wifi. 😊
