When Lucas first came to town, nobody liked him. Elizabeth fell for him because, through time, she got to know him. Elizabeth noticed Nathan right away. Why? Because he reminded her of Jack. There is a conflict of interest because she loves Lucas but keeps feeling this tug towards Nathan. There is no question that Nathan is a good guy, but the tug she feels towards Nathan is because of Jack, not because of Nathan. It's familiar, comfortable, safe, but it's not love. What she feels for Lucas is love. I'm not part of the writing team so we'll see what hallmark does, but if this were real life and I was her friend, I'd guide her to Lucas.
No it's not all because Nathan reminds her of jack. If he reminded her to much of jack then she would not be going towards him. Yes I do under stand that Lucas is a good guy but I think he just isn't the right guy unlike Nathan!!!!

No matter what happens moving forward, that's what their foundation is built off of, that's where it started, that's a fact. Lucas won her over purely because he's Lucas. But you're entitled to your opinion. I'm just calling it like "I" see it. It's important to remind ourselves that it's just a show. This isn't real. And I can see that Elizabeth fell in love with Nathans own genuine character. And I think they can relate so much better sense he lost his sister and she lost her husband. And they both also take care of a child on there own. And I believe that's why she fell in love with him but both of them aren't ready to reveal that love for each other yet. And actually she was cautions of Nathan at first because he was a minute. So it's not just because you in your little mind think he's to much like jack by the way she noticed Lucas write away. And Lucas is really mean and rude to Nathan just because he wants Elizabeth and that not fair she's not owned by him or something !!!!!
Unfortunately, I am not on board with women window shopping for a husband. Women - we should strive not to lead men on. I am also very uncomfortable even thinking about watching the hallmark channel. I will most likely buy season 7 off of amazon prime and watch it then. Other than those mini soap boxes, I am excited for the rest of the stories.
