- why are the voice actors for these cheaply animated coloured shapes such a gorgeous group of people with the most impressive voices I've ever heard
if you're some die hard happy monster band fan who's confused those 4 are the voice actors of the characters and only Tara lines up with her colour because the other 3 are more famous for being in a band where they're also colour coded

They went far too hard for a show where the characters are mostly just a looped animation of them playing instruments and lip syncing
I probably got some of that "rat ox, tiger rabbit" bit wrong because they all sound so similar (I can tell them apart but when it's just one word it's quite difficult to tell) and there isn't really a pattern to know when they switch over

it took me SO long to identify which one's which honestly. zubin, rob and joe's voices are almost similar. but if you listen to two wuv, greener and turn the lights off on repeat you'll see the difference in the way they pronounce words/letters.
zubin really highlights his a's and r's, and especially specific words like love, all, are, I, and, etc. he also makes sure that the first word can be clearly heard for some reason, but i love it. his voice is really addicting.
joe's is more connected and majestic sounding. its like zubin's (which is why i get them mixed up) but joe's is really smooth and controlled, as in VERY.
rob's sounds like he's talking but also singing at the same time. again, it's like zubin's but a bit higher pitched and more of a talking than singing, but still singing (get it? no.)
dont know why i typed this, im supposed to write a letter but i end up scrolling on youtube.
I like Joe's best personally. I can tell them apart decently well because they all have various things that make them distinct from the others
@@project_letters true, it just took me hours to tell the difference between zubin and joe’s. i honestly like zubin’s more for some reason, but i can see why you like joe’s!
edit: i also noticed that joe likes to connect and smooth out his singing, which is really impressive! he has so much control over his voice and I adore it.

As an Asian person that celebrates cny I’m so happy they made a song about it and appreciate culture from different regions and also this song isn’t racist like a bunch of other songs that I’ve come across

What I didn't like about the music in this show is how they didn't give Tara (who did Ink's singing voice) any more verses after the choruses.
Probably because she's not part of the band. It's sad she got written out of it I guess but I imagine since the three male voice actors were friends who had worked together and we're the writers of the songs they were just more familiar with each other and could direct each other better and think of parts for each other better.
@@project_letters But still, Ink's part of the band, so it would make a LOT more sense to at LEAST sing as much verses as Zubin, Rob, and Job during the songs.
Some COULD argue that it was Tara's choice, which may be true.
