I feel like the story in Hanni's Hype Boy MV is also like open for interpretation, with plausible deniability. LGBTQ+ rights and acceptance in South Korea is making some slow progress but it's still far from great, so it could be a risky move for a company to promote any queer stuff too blatantly; but in this story you could think "Hanni maybe thought they were a guy because of the mask, then finds out they're not a guy, so they become friends"; _or_ maybe Hanni did know they weren't a guy from the start; _or_ she didn't know but she doesn't care; etc. However people interpret it, I think it's cool that they at least put this out there; I also don't know if the character was meant to be a girl or nonbinary, but either way that's cool in itself, regardless of whether Hanni's character is interested in them romantically or not, just the fact that they featured a character who is either nonbinary or expresses themselves in an androgynous way. The match cuts in the Cookie MV are actually wild. Like if you aren't thinking about it you could think they're just turning down the lights for some parts and turning them on again etc but they couldn't actually have really shot it that way, and if you pause and look at it frame by frame, those are actually different takes every time the lighting changes. But it's just cut together so smoothly. Also I'm sure you've seen this for yourself or have been informed already; but Ditto also has 2 music videos; just to be sure in case you missed that, since I don't think I heard you mention it; But yeah looking forward to the next one!
