CarBahn is Steve Dinan's new successor company. He built BMW racing V8 for BMW. He also has a street conversion kit for the current M8 which is incredibly fast.
To be honest, touring is not suited for racing so going manual makes no real sense. For a daily driver in bumper-to-bumper traffic it's just exhausting with manual. And on the countryside or highway you never have to change gears after 60 kph anyway....

You can't bolt a few bits on and declare it a GTS. You do it all time with your cars too. Its tacky and it reduces your brand. I would think you'd know this.
