The reason he survives the first hit is because Kris isn’t extremely over powered, unlike frisk is in Undertale Spamton NEO & Mettaton NEO both share the same power level canonically (If I remember) The difference being, one human is extremely powerful while the other is all alone and is fairly weak

Maybe his attacks are of similar power but we cannot confirm that And i swear to god if some dumbass menitons him getting one shot in undertale..... Its because youre too powerful, not because mettaton neo is weak
