5:28 Anyway, now onto the next lift, which is the kitchen lift. When I was riding this lift when the doors open on the ground floor. All of the people were cleaning the kitchen were all very angry that I was in the kitchen lift. I don’t see why there so angry there’s no sign saying that the lift was staff only, how could I’ve known that the lift went directly into the kitchen area. Hold on a moment that didn’t make any sense cause if I hadn’t know the lift was staff only I still would’ve written it anyway.
people install generics because -The buttons looks nice (to them) -They don't need good designs of lifts there -They are cheap, yet looks good (in their eyes) -They run smoothly -No one cares about leveling! They only think its smooth! -Expensive lifts are not worth it, they want to modernize the lift later on to look more modern later on -people don't care about the lifts, they care about buildings! -Comfortable
replace the generic with a decorative one. thysen lift is good though. basement is their supply floor. first junk lift sounds tired. closed lift worked very well.
They are lifts in a hospital the're not suppose to be exiting. So long as it gets patients where they need to be that's all that matters. I'd prefer the hospital spends money on life saving treatment than fancy buttons and posters in the lift
Are you serious? A lift is a lift, as long as it gets patients and visitors where they need to go to and staff where they need to go to and they're not vandalised and that they're working is all that matters. It's a hospital for FFS.
so many Dewhurst lifts with stainless steel paneling. I can not find any words for this. It is just going worse... Sad that the "best" lifts are the (in my opinion rather boring) Thyssen lifts (I dont count the 60s generic as it has been turned into a dumbwaiter). This hospital has lost everything makes it interesting, its a very boring place and especially with knowing about grumpy people working here, this place is not worth an entry on the "list of places to visit" for any lift filmer. Instead I can find Northwick Park hospital, Essex county hospital and of course the entire Isle of Wight on this list! :)
+Kyle Hartley vintage lifts are the best, they are more reliable. Generic: Lasts 10 Years Otis Gen2: 25 years 1960 Lift: 40-100 Years 1930 Lift: 40-100 Years
+Kyle Hartley The indicatior and the buttons sure looks nice, but they are very very cheap, very low quality, made in China usually, and is really ugly!
5:18) It sounds like he’s saying “But with the court by the cleaner! Ohhhhhh! 😫”
Even though they stick something over the call buttons, you can still press them and call the lift (unless it's out of service)
3:12 one of Beno’s “NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!” moments
2:36 let’s go down to the bassment!

I believe that there are also quality concerns, especially if generics break down more.
There's just something insulting about a generic listing a modernised year on it.
5:59 use cool lifts not ugly generic well I do like the logic for it not the buttons🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
The first generic that you filmed It sounds Awful (door) it Squeaks loudly

The generics are crap, but the indicator in them is actually quite nice. The rest of the lift is AWFUL!!! I'd rather ride a vintage lift.
+Kyle Hartley vintage lifts are the best, they are more reliable.

BossHeins Craft I agree. GENERICS SUCK!
+Kyle Hartley YEAH GENERICS ARE CRAP
Generics are better, GENERICS ARE BETTER!
Your opinion. In Australia, generics often don't use Dewhurst, so they're a nice break from Dewhurst-Dewhurst-Dewhurst! we have here.
Losing is not an option when generics are shit!!!
too much generic yaa..... Worst hospital
