  • The Aniioki AQ177 Pro Max has a long name to match its stated range of over 100 miles on throttle only. With a nearly 3kWh battery, this eBike's functionally improves on most eMoped options in many ways, but can those characteristics overcome the obscurity of the Aniioki brand?
    Join Miss GoElectric as she explains the benefits and drawbacks of this unique newcomer to the micromobility marketplace.
    The AQ177 Pro Max is normally priced at $1699. See this discount link to safe a few hundred dollars:

    We think this is a very good value considering the unmatched range.
    Now they have a 52V version with an even larger battery and more power:

    We asked our contact at Aniioki about battery UL certification prior to this review. He assured us (with no documentation) that the battery is UL certified. After we published this review, that contact sent us a UL2849 Certificate for the AQ177 Pro Max which showed that the 48v 750w motor and the 8amp charger had been rated. That certification excluded the battery. We have not seen separate UL2849 or UL2271 certifications for the battery. As noted in the video, the battery we received was not marked with any UL certifications or sticker. Our contact said he is searching for more information. We will update this caption if more information is presented.

    At 19:57 We showed a picture of the battery to purchase on Aniioki's website. Please note this is the larger 52V battery in this image and the 48V version which is included with the bike we reviewed is listed at a $899 sale price down from $1099. amzn.to/3Pzzi1w
    As for customer service, we emailed Aniioki's support team through the Aniioki web site more than a week ago. We asked what kind of rear passenger foot pegs could be installed for a rear passenger. There has been no response. On that weekday during US business hours we called their US telephone number and were directed to a voicemail. The voice mailbox was full and could not receive any message. We do not know if this is indicative of a typical experience.

    We've been asked which bike rack we use to haul this eBike. Here is the Amazon link:

    The name brand components would put this bike in the $4000 range hence losing its value. If you been outside the US they say UL rating is worthless and means noting. I work with many electrical engineers outside the US and that's what they stated. But all and all I loved your review and am going the buy this bike for wife who is 63 years old. Thank you for your honest review.😊

    You have a new subscriber in me, my gripe with most reviewers/ people is they mostly talk a lot about top speed, I could care less about that I want a bike to petal for long distance. Thank you for the review.

    I have no problem going 33 miles per hour on a full charge. They should include a rear view mirror, bought one for $13.50. Nice review.

    I love the fact the seat is adjustable I always peddle and it's nice to make it comfortable. That's probably one of the sharpest looking bikes I've seen 😊

    With the large battery and step-through design it would be great to use for food delivery. Just replace the rear pad with a large insulated box.

    An e-bike moped? It's practically an e-motorcycle! In addition to the flat key fob, they should also have an app to unlock the bike with a phone or even a watch. I guess that, if consumers need something bulky, brawny, and blistering, this would be an affordable choice. Me? I'd prefer just a modest, but useable e-bike, like the Vela Vento you posted the other day -despite its higher price.

      This is still the largest battery capacity we have tested and so many viewers are intrigued by it. We can't believe the price 😳

    Hello 👋, do you know what exactly the difference is between the 48v and the 52v versions, I am looking for max range to commute to and from work.

    • @MissGoElectricRideReviews
      @MissGoElectricRideReviews  7 місяців тому +2

      Where these are sold, voltage is part of the title.a 52v battery with same amp hour rating offers roughly 7% more capacity. Range estimates are highly unreliable due to many factors affecting energy required for a given unit of distance. Rider weight , shape, winds, terrain, temperature, acceleration style, stopping frequency, sustained speed, tire pressure, surface conditions, and more greatly affect the outcome.
      Whatever range is advertised, cut that in half and assume that is your worst case scenario.

    Hi, I would also be interested in buying an Aniioki A 8 pro max, I want to courier with it, do you think it is worth buying something like this or would it be something better? I like that it has a long autonomy and trunk in the back, but unfortunately many complain that it breaks down and those at Servis are not serious

      This would rank very low among the 75 eBikes we have reviewed when it comes to parts quality, projected reliability, and serviceability. That said, it offers higher range per dollar than any eBike we've ever seen.
      As a courier, you could buy something like Velotric Go1 with a spare battery and have 440lb of hauling capability, a huge service network, UL certification, and superior components.

    Range on e-bikes are like drone battery flight time…..wishful thinking……i like the bike though.

      This battery is 3x more capacious than typical large batteries. 100 miles is a realistic range for that much energy at speeds of 20mph with one rider under 200lbs on a warm day without heavy winds or severe terrain. Thanks for watching.

      I don't have this bike, but I have a similar bike with a 60AH battery. I have the Eahora Juliet, and that also has a 60AH battery but only at 48 volts rather than 52. I can get 100 miles of range and a bit more on a single charge. If my 48v battery can reach that this 52 volt battery can too, I have no doubt. That's incredibly nice range, and more than anyone would need for a single ride. I usually charge my Juliet once a week. Honestly, it's a huge quality of life boost from having 20AH batteries. No range anxiety.

    Great review yet really an overpriced terrible bike.. terrible screen, pointless rear seat, heavy for a bike it's size, and it only goes 28mph...The Amyet G60 is the moped/racer bike to get right now..1k motor with a 1.5k peak, huge screen, turn signals...yeah and it comes fully unlocked so you can hit 33mph🎉

    • @MissGoElectricRideReviews
      @MissGoElectricRideReviews  8 місяців тому +1

      Both are entry level bikes with low quality components.
      This Aniioki is now $1399 with 1200 watts of power and nearly 3kWh battery.
      The G60 delivers 20% less power and a fraction of the range with only 1000watts of peak power and less than 1kWh battery.
      Thank you for watching and commenting. -Producer Tim
