I tried millet amma's instant idly and uttapam. But the issue is sridhanya has to be soaked at least 6 hours before cooking. Whereas these are instant products - means no soaking. They feel raw/uncooked and create digestive issues if you have them from these packaged products. It's better to make your own by following Dr. Khadar's guidelines.
