You are such an inspiration! I had my sleeve Dec 2012 but did not get the support needed afterwards. I am 8 years out and originally lost 145lbs from 320lbs. but was not ale to reach my goal of 150lbs. I have a very stressful job and over the past 7 years I had regained back up to 245lbs. I started working on food addictions and wrong thinking around May 2020. I have lost back down to 210lbs but with the holidays I have started regaining and now at 220lbs. I am glad that I came across your utube channel and look forward to meeting my goals to lose down to 150lbs, I plan to join the facebook group!

I have the instapot, airfyer, iwatch, shaker bottles, 4 oz deli container but I like the vitamin organizer is cool. I have been using 4 oz deli containers to freeze my per repaired meals. After watching is I realize I doing pretty good. 3mo Post op.

Came across u're program about 1 month ago. I had the lap band for 15 yrs, & it slipped the beginning of the yr, had it removed in Sept. It was very slow but lost almost 100 lbs. But I k myself, i love food & deciding 2 do the sleeve is a no brainer. So preparing, hope to do it during winter or spring break. Until then I'm learning since this is very different then the band. Keep up the good work. Not sure if this is where I should b writing this here
An excellent sub for Hydroflasks are the Bubba Insulated Water Bottles. They are like 12-14 bucks where I live and usually things are way expensive here. You should find those at 7-8 bucks over in the US. Hope it helps to anyone looking for an option. There are 32 and 40 ounce sizes.

Just what I needed. I’m 6 years out and gained 5 lbs while home during the pandemic. I need to lose weight.

question! So some people look sickly once they loose the weight so fast. what advice would you give. By the way you look healthy and amazing.
i really enjoy your videos. i downloaded one of you guide the 0-3 month survival guide. for the info in it. it is quit pricey. I would be more open to buying a bundle of all you items for one price. Is that a option. I'm in liquid stage but looking for puree food ideas next which seems hard to find as most just talk about one food and that's it. again love your videos and glad you keep them up. I also looked into you subscription but i'm out of work and don't have the income to spend right now on that also. thanks again for your time.
Surgery is Monday 16 2020 tomorrow, and I'm freaking out if this is robbing Peter to Paul situation!! Love you channel and will definitely be joining your group if I survive this! I love those freezer cubes , great idea! Those and the habit tracker should set me on the correct path for success,. Hopefully they have plenty in stock for when I'm ready for them. Believe me I'll be ready for food by New Years!

I have been interested on joining your Facebook group but I"m gonna wait for the new year. I'm 1 year and 11 months out and got sleeve 1/16/2019, HW 306, SW 291. GW 140 - 150 ..CW 183 last week I weighed 186 and today I weighed 183 (Mondays are my own weigh in days) so I lost 3 lbs since last week 😁 Just saying

Honestly the hydro flask isn't really worth the extra money but the yeti ones are even just for the twist and chug tops.

At what stage after vsg did u start taking vitamins?
I do have a question though. I am starting back on supplements which I hate as they do not agree with my new stomach. I have looked at the Thrive system and wanted to know if this is added to your supplemental regiment or has it reduced what you were taking before the Thrive? Thank you!
I'm 6 months post op. I hated the bariatric vitamins. I had done Thrive before so tried it again. Worked out for me again. I take the 3 steps plus sculpt and chewy calcium everyday.

I have a question about reheating your food. Someone who recently had a vsg said that they were told not to use the microwave to reheat their food. Is that an issue? I'm in the process of qualifying for surgery.

I would love to do yoga but so many of the moves involve being on your knees and I have osteoarthritis in both knees and it is very painful to rest my weight on my knees. Are there any yoga videos out there for people who can't balance on their knees??? I had a look at Adrianna's site but I can't see anything I am looking for...
Sometimes they say do it from the couch or wherever you feel comfortable, just modify it.

I subscribe online and can use with my phone or on the TV ect. They have a special right now it is $75.00 for the year. They also have DVDs you can purchase. The subscription has wonderful testimonials and live sessions.

I need one but my job won’t pay for it until I’ve worked for them for 5 years means I need 3 more years... oh well I guess they want me to stay unhealthy cause it’s my insulin causing the weight gain, and struggle with weight loss...

Kinda sucks that u have to pay to join the group.
We do it so I can offer resources like a q and a with a physician, free meal plans and a safe space to find encouraging community. We find that trolls won’t pay to play. 😉
