You did not mention a big advantage of permanency in the country. That means you can buy a house, start a pension plan, also a social safety system in case of poor health or other misfortune and children get subsidized university education etc.

If you are watching this video from kerala, i advice you not to come to canada.. be it PR, students visa or any. You will thank me later
If you already paid only few lakhs, let it go and avoid coming to canada..
If you already paid entire money, try your best to get that money back... if not, its upto you.. be prepared to live here without job for 14-18 months.
If you already booked tickets and about to travel, never expect anythijng. Prepare for the worst. Try to practice living in small rooms/space in kerala with family . It will help you. ALSO TRY to skip a meal a day and all..and also try to clean neighbours toilet etc. If you like that in kerala, it may help you..

Next generation and even old people are just trying to leave canada.. My mortgage went up from 4800 to 7900 to now ... Please tell place where u are..
