Life is about making decisions. There are pros and cons to every decision but owning those decisions is what makes it your life. Sometimes people tell you not to do something because they love you and they worry about you. Other times people discourage you because they themselves are scared of change or transformation. Conformity is what keeps people stuck. Being strong enough to pursue your dreams takes a tremendous amount of courage when everyone is telling you not to. Risk is what makes you challenge yourself. If you fail, there are lessons to be learned as well. Without risk their can be no reward. Go Maria!

I know you have a better mic now but I still feel like you probably stress about making videos and how relaxing or good they are. maria, your videos have been extremely helpful lately. you speaking abt your anxieties and anger makes me feel more normal for not being happy all the time. i struggle with depression and anxiety and i tend to shy away from anything slightly sad, but you’re helping me realize some negative emotion is normal and healthy and FINE.

I was almost tearing up at your motivational speaking Maria, about believing in your dreams and not giving the time of day to people who dont support the things that make you happiest.
