I used to work at people's houses and I'll never forget the indian family that had a ton of people living in the house. I made a comment about how large of a family they had. The man said to me that it's only him, his wife, and their 3 kids. The others were all cousins and they all sold their homes to move in so they can save their money and gather all of their money together because one of those cousins was getting married and the man said in his culture they do that so they can buy a house for the newlyweds and start their life off the best they can. I was still confused how the others would buy another house for themselves but apparently they have that figured out or they wouldn't do it. I really respected them for working together.
