I didn't think these audiobooks would interest me but after an hour of book 1 I was hooked! It's rare to find audiobooks that are serious and funny at the same time! They are well written, so I would like to Thank You for posting them.👍👍
I rarely comment but had to congratualate lindsay! Your world building is excellent. But as someone who reads a lot, your way with creating humourous interactions and situations between characters is a real standout. This series has had me working with a stupid grin on my face many times this week and has moments i will never forget. Great work! 👏👏👏👏

Can't get enough, sitting on the edge of the driver's seat from Portland Oregon to Vancouver Bc hoping to see a Dragon. I make the 330-mile I5 trip twice a week, and it flies by. Thank you for this adventure.
I hate to think that this series is over! I want it to go on and on with these characters, it is so humorous with Val’s comments and thoughts🤭☺️🤗. The narrater is amazing to bring everyone alive. Oh wow I just found out that there are two more!🥰😜😳
I usually love her readings, too, but that 'Australian' accent...yikes. As an Australian, I can tell you that's about as accurate as Mickey Rooney's 'Asian' accent in Breakfast at Tiffany's! (We don't actually say those sayings, either, unless we're being silly). Chris Hemsworth, Nicole Kidman & Hugh Jackman are Australian...there's a bit of a difference!
This series is so fantastic. My imagination has been running wild with each description of characters and scenes/scenery. It's like I'm in the actual story myself. I've never been so entertained and have never found myself relating so much to each character. The author is amazing. The story is amazing. The narrator is amazing. Thanks so much you guys. Okay, I really love how there are so many subplots and developments that happen across the series. It’s not just Val and Zav growing closer. The dragon feuds and clans are being explored. Val’s reintegrating with her family. Side characters are reappearing. Some supposedly throwaway lines are being used as important plot points. Lindsay, you know how to craft a series!
This series has been hard to put down. This particular book has been very entertaining. The humor in it is great. I've really needed it too. The love of my life suffered a brain hemorrhage from a fall 25 days ago. He's finally awake and starting to be able to respond and do simple things. The commute between our home and the rehab hospital he's in is 30 minutes so these books make the commute more tolerable. The narrator is very gifted at her craft!!
We were lucky and came through the last year relatively unscathed but I spend sleepless hours worrying about family and friends that weren't so fortunate. Listening at night helps a lot.
I'm unable to afford audiobooks and spend way too much time running my business and caring for my family, so audiobooks on UA-cam are my go to. Thank you so much for posting this. Books like this allows me to continue my joy of reading without neglecting my responsibilities ❤
Thank you for this. Both for helping me finding a new author, but also helping me trough this nightmare. I am on permanent sick leave=poor. But the pandemi made it much worse. These books helps me trough the days of the pain in a broken body and the worries in a anguished mind. I live in a new place, don't know anyone, It might sound ridiculous but not for me,a fantastic author and narrator that makes me laugh and keeps me in suspense that means the world now more than ever.🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

The books remind me of Kim Harrisons Rachel Morgan books. There are so many likeable side characters in both. I liked Kim Harrison so much that my horse's "barn name" is Jenks...which fits him perfectly

Another amazing entry into the jazz before dragon series. I found myself on the edge of my seat at times and chuckling at other times. This series is one of those that when you’re reading the book you don’t want it to end. Do you wanna know what’s gonna happen next. But the next turn in these characters lives are. And that is one of the things that I believe that keeps me in gross and riveted from the opening page to the last.The key to a good or amazing audiobook is the narrator. And the narrator for this series is absolutely wonderful. She does well at voices and she’s absolutely awesome at being able to convey the emotion at the moment. It does not matter if that emotion is happiness, sadness, fear or revenge. She’s very expressive and it works wonderfully with material that she’s reading. Thank you Lindsay for crafting another riveting tale of dragons and magic. I look forward to finishing the series. Then I will be switching over to the agents of the crown series. I had started to read it first but then I read the first one in the series and I was hooked. I tend to read a series from beginning to end before switching to another one. God bless and take care. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that you added granite falls in your book, I stayed for a few months at an alpaca farm 10 miles up the mountain from granite falls and it's truly a magical place in itself. I enjoyed this serie immensly. I liked how the heroine is over thirty even if she doesn't look it physically.. If you did too, for the same reasons, you should try the serie Forty Proof by shannon Mayer. Her heroine is 41 y old and she looks it and feels it.. And it's a fantasy genra of course.
This is my second go around with this series. I would fight Zav for Val all day everyday. Bring it on Zav. I hope he reads my thoughts and brings it. I love you Val.

Your story helped me get through a really tough time and when I thought about throwing up my hands in utter frustration, I went back to the stories and it calmed me enough to wade back on in again. Thank you again. Great job on the narration although the narrator needs to work on the aussie accent a bit more, as it sounded more Irish than not. Being a new Zealander we notice these things. Other than that your reading of these stories was outstanding. A million percent better than a.i thats for sure.

I enjoyed this serie immensly. I liked how the heroine is over thirty even if she doesn't look it physically.. If you did too, for the same reasons, you should try the serie Forty Proof by shannon Mayer. Her heroine is 41 y old and she looks it and feels it.. And it's a fantasy genra of course.

Freysha is such a sweetheart, wishing that her parents could have married for love, even as she acknowledges that if it weren't for their arranged marriage, she would not have been born. I really hope she'll get to marry for love, herself - or get to fall in love with the elf she has to marry - when it comes to that point🙏

Your story helped me get through a really tough time and when I thought about throwing up my hands in utter frustration, I went back to the stories and it calmed me enough to wade back on in again. Great job on the narration although the narrator needs to work on the aussie accent a bit more, as it sounded more Irish than not. Being a new Zealander we notice these things. Other than that your reading of these stories was outstanding. A million percent better than a.i thats for sure.
