I totally think Drew is the mvp man’s done everything without a title and still felt as important as any championship would feel Can’t wait to see him become a world heavyweight champion or a WWE champion
I don't have a list for this topic but a few names that I think are contenders Cody Rhodes - The biggest whitemeat baby face in wrestling, incredible road to mania and consistent title defence Drew McIntyre Gunther - Amazing end to the IC ttile run (should have been Gable) and a great KOTR tournament run. Matches have been stellar all year though I don't like the whole crisis of confidence story they've been doing, I'd prefer if they went back to world beater Gunther from the IC title run. CM Punk Oba Femi - One of the highlights of NXT this year along with Fraxiom and Perez. The tiple threat and Wes Lee match were great, performance in the Iron Survivor was incredible as well. Massivley fun to match this year. Honorable mentions: Chad Gable, Fraxiom, and MCMG Now, I put Punk as a contender when he's been out for most of the year and had less than 10 matches, the same reasons I exluded Rhea from my women's MVP. The difference is that Rhea's only really had one story, JD breakup, this year and it's bcome incredibly stale and boring, and she's been apart of two of the worst matches this in her Bad Blood match and the women's war games match. On the other hand, Punk has had one story this year that didn't get stale and I very much enjoyed it, plus that story revived a match stipulation from the fcking dead in HIAC. And neither of the other two matches in that McIntyre fued were bad, sure I don't like red light/green light strap matches and the summerslam match was a bit much, but none where particularly bad. No Jey because I don't care how over you are, having the worst match of the year at WM, a 3 week title run that meant nothing, and a ok match against Priest at Backlash doesn't get you anywhere near the wrestler of the year conversation. His body of work outside of YEET doesn't really exist, the best thing he did was add colour to the IC title belt.
I understand CM punk being a honorable mention but he has only had like 6 or less matches this year and that’s a lot like I think all his matches were PLE I could be wrong tho
@@codwrestlepodmy list is similar to will’s 1 solo 2 Drew 3 Jey 4 Cody 5 randy because he was used build up stories on raw and smackdown and he hasn’t won a lot of matches this year but he helped boost Gunther and the bloodline then he was used to bulid the KO turn
I’m currently in the middle of my crown jewel dvd where Logan faces Roman reigns I never watched that match in full I’m excited to watch it but one of the matches on the dvd I watched is drew vs karrion. Drew is my favourite wrestler for the last few years I think from pandemic era onwards his work has been amazing and he has carried the company on his shoulders he’s got great promos and great in ring work he’s a future champion for sure he has to be so he’s my mvp for sure
I don’t agree with solo sikoa but I do agree with Drew McIntyre being MVP he did have match of the year with CM Punk even though he lost the hell in cell match

This is a great way to really show how good he’s been. Like I be said, he really turned my opinion of him around

@lukebridgwater6288 I really enjoyed your list. I’ve been thinking about mine and I feel like I needed to have Oba on mine
