This guy might not be the prettiest Asian cook on YT, but he's certainly my favorite.
Every recipe he's shared that I've made has been a success.
I had Szechuan chicken from my favorite restaurant last night and just finished the leftovers for lunch. It was so good I came to UA-cam to see how it's made and found many videos, but this was the way mine was made! With lots of vegetables! So good. Can't wait to try and make it myself! Great video!

I love this guy's recipes straight to the point easy to see whats needed to create these dishes including time in the wok...along with heat management a competent cook in a short time can develop their own timing and style.
I need to get a Dragon wok burner and a bigger Wok, I love this style of cooking no playing around, fast and efficient.

Hard to not watch it once u watched it. The guy should not be in a kitchen professionally. And he isn't teaching any one anything.
Well, it's not "free". It did cost time, bandwidth, and power. Also one does not know they don't like something till they have watched it. If you don't like negative comments, just move on. That said, this is not a bad video. It's just not that good.
@@harshbarj - He provided it for free. He made no money from his video, is what SVG meant, so don't be 'contrary'. It is better to be polite and nice in life, it makes you and everyone else happier, and is conducive to a contented life. Take it easy buddy. :)

I always use chicken thigh meat instead of breast meat. It has a lot more flavor and because of the fat marbling it stays much more tender and more juicy as well. Other than that this recipe looks great! I'll definitely try it out sometime.

I live way out in the country and have to drive 50 miles to find a Chinese restaurant. Gotta learn how to cook my own. Your recipes are fantastic!
Yes, and when you learn to cook it, you will prefer cooking it yourself to going to any restaurants for it.
No rocket science is this. Stir fry or deep fry the chicken, stir fry the vegetables. Chicken should be coated with the slurry of egg whites n corn starch n water a little.
Spices required: soya sauce, chilli sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, sesame oil n pepper. That's all.
Do some twist n turns

I have learnt a lot from watching these excellent tutorials. Essentially your kitchen cupboard you need. Soy sauce. Sesame oil, Cooking Wine, Corn starch, Ginger, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Salt and Pepper. With these and a good Wok and fresh ingredients you can make some beautiful healthy tasty meals.

I don't need pepper and salt - have light soy sauce. Different chilies are essential in my kitchen.

Sue and Gambo thank you for posting all of your wonderful recipes. I was sad when I heard China Dragon closed and I was no longer able to get szechuan chicken. Other restaurants can't even come close to how amazing yours tastes. I look forward to being able to make this for my family.
