Where is Jake's pasture going to be? It would be easier on you all to move them over to their new home asap... Sounds like y'all are going to be busy with new fencing and a new barn for the Big Galoot, and the babies. 🥰🐂🐄🥰 That's awesome that Jake will have them right there so we will still be able to see them❣️🐄🐂❣️
We all appreciate the love Waylon’s prior owners showed in realizing they needed help due to the drought in caring for him and released him to Lester. What a loving act they did. God bless their future endeavors and Waylon will be well cared for and loved.
Lester I for one am a female that completely understands & I am glad you are doing it. Taking care of the mental health of an animal is just as important as the physical.
I loved this Lester; you guys see the 23 HOURS a day of what social media does not, and I'm pretty sure a good part of your followers are not farmers. Anything that is done in the best interest of the mental and physical health of your babies is all that matters!!! I can see Waylon looking more relaxed already, poor little fella and his silent bellow - made me sad!! THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS THINKING OF THE ANIMALS FIRST!!! 🥰
I think it is a good thing for Jolene and Waylon to be alone together away from the other bigs. Especially because of the way Moo doesn't let them eat. I just love seeing Jolene and Waylon in peace together.
My heart hurt for Waylon. He lost his Mama & Daddy, had to adjust to new smells, sounds and surroundings and then his own people were picking on him and his Uncle, just seemed indifferent. He is so much tinier than Jolene, that it’s hard to even know they are close to the same age. I am thrilled you separated the new duo from the rest. Waylon needed you to step in and I’m sure since he and Jolene only have one another, their connection will grow that much stronger. Take care all ☺️
Poor Waylon lost his voice 😢 His little squeak was so pitiful. Looks like he’s doing better immediately Lester thanks for watching out for the best interest of the animals always. It’s a pleasure to see!
So agree, heartbreaking to hear his squeak , Jolene will be his best friend, it’s so sad to hear him calling for his mama, can you imagine if this was our kids😳😳 it must be horrible for them and Lester to hear the hollows 🥲🥲
It doesn't matter if we understand what you did or not, matter of fact is, waylon was clearly happier and more at peace after you separated them. It speaks for itself ♡
I agree with you Lester having Joleen and Waylon in their own pasture. Waylon will be able to eat and thrive better without being picked on. Right on Lester
Being bullied is not just about men and women, I was bullied so bad growing up, and it messed with my confidence, until I got older, and socked my bully in the face. That was the end of that, and nobody picked on me again throughout my high school life. I love that you separated them!!! Good job Lester!! ❤
So happy you were able to over come the bully and become stronger. I wish you wouldn’t have had to go through that, but I bet you are so much stronger today because of that ❤
There’s no doubt in my mind that you made exactly the right call for Waylon. I’ve been paying close attention to how the other steers have mistreated him, when he’s already an emotional wreck ‘cause he misses his mom. If he was David, then Moo & the others are Goliath. You showed kindness in making this change. Thanks so much for thinking of Waylon’s welfare first. God Bless you all. 🙏🏻🐄👍🏻
I have a confession. I live in the heart of Nebraska and while driving home from the doctor today I became vividly aware of a hayfield recently bailed and I caught myself in tears thinking about you and all the babies on Morrow Hill but especially Waylon. I know that we had a very dry summer and just recently started getting water back in Platte River but it was nothing like what y'all have been going thru. We can still irrigate the fields and keep those hay bales in the dozens, but for that poor family that Waylon came from, and I'm sure many others, it truly broke me down with the difference. Thank you for all the good you do Lester.... Not just for your animals and family, but to all of us internet strangers coming together and being able to know that no one is alone and that it's ok that we may suffer depression and anxiety....Not just that we aren't alone but bringing it to the forefront and talking about it!! So God bless you Lester Morrow and may He keep doing His work thru you ❣️❣️🙏❣️❣️
Yes, inferiority complexes due to constant childhood bullying happens to both genders. I would know. I'm a young woman trying to overcome mine. Anyways, you're definitely doing the right thing, Lester. Keep up the good work.
You will overcome it. It may take time, it sure has taken it’s sweet time with me, but you will get there. Make sure to pay attention to how you talk to yourself. At times a part of us becomes ‘the voice of the bully’ and through it we continue to tear us down. It took me longer to change the negative self talk than it took me to shake off the real life bullies that tormented me throughout my school time.
@Bryndis Hulda Asgeirsdottir what wise and kind words you shared with everyone. I’m sure your words resonated with so many reading what you wrote. Thank you 🙏
Another "older woman " 55 and yes I understand completely. Lester u know what you are doing and for all the Karen's and Kevin's out there MIND YOUR SELVES!! LOVE TO YOU AND THE FAMILY ✌️☮️💜😃
I love how thoughtful and aware you are about managing your animals. I am sure this comes from many day to day experiences when you were a teacher where you have shown empathy to some of your students that have been bullied. You naturally do an amazing job of "reading" your family, friends, and animals.🥰
As a woman who was picked on (I was bullied very badly), I agree with you! As a human though I have learned to never let anyone pick on me again. Still, I think that with a bull calf it would get some sort of complex and would always be treated differently. I think Jolene and Waylan will make a great team!
Actually, as a female, I already thought it would be a better idea to put him up front with the Littles ever since he went in with the Bigs pasture. Poor little guy, since he was coming right off an early wean he was now feeling even more isolated in the pasture with Santoro and Moo, his demeanor screamed for help. I was so happy to hear you were separating him. We may not be men, but don't forget our motherly instincts to protect our kids, human or animal. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I feel so much better about his well being.
My son was short, got bullied at school , they did nothing to stop it.I got fed up , taught him some a couple moves to protect himself. A kid two years older got his ankle broken. Wasn't mine intention. My son didn't mean to. I noticed a tai quan do class for kids opened up in town. They teach how to fight, increase self esteem, and not to fight. Adults wanted to learn. A lot signed up. The Master asked my son and another kid help him teach adults. I think that improved his self esteem, he felt like a leader. He did quit after a while but he still mentions that Teacher, taught him so much. He shot up fast in the oilfields. 1 yr to driller, he's 5ft 8" , 135lbs , wiry build, he's strong . Helped run the rig.. fill in for rig boss. He liked being driller, one day his boss said your the Manager now . Our boys need help if being bullied. I went wrong way, but I didn't go wrong with tai quan do. Wayland can't be bullied. Same thing as kids.
Thank you for separating Waylon from his tormenters Lester, I've been so worried about him, actually losing sleep. You always do the right thing, that's why I love you. I'm a horse person and here in Australia we call the leader of the herd the lead horse. Waylon will gain so much confidence now and I believe Jolene will be his friend...and he'll thrive now he wont have to fight for food. Thanks again ❤️
Thank you Lester for doing this. I couldn’t hardly watch my favorite farm. It broke my heart for Waylon. Now I know he’ll grow up to be a majestic bull! ♥️♥️
I am so grateful that you noticed this. You really have a great eye for what your animals need. Not everyone has that. I really hope that Jake learns that from you. Y’alls animals are so very lucky. Thanks for all you do.
I'm happy for Waylon that you pulled the little guy out. He must be happy not being bullied any more. I can't wait to see him bulk up. And can't complain about having pretty Joleen with him. It warms my heart to see you take such good care of your babies.❤️
Thanks Lester for sharing part of your day with me I understand exactly why you separated the cows. You always do what's best for them. Thanks for making my day a little brighter.🌞
I can't speak others but for me, you explained what you're doing and why you're doing it so well that I understand it perfectly!! I'm excited knowing Jake will have Moo, Annabelle and Rip in his herd and that you're keeping Jolene and Waylon as a start to Ima Survivors longhorn herd!!
You are awesome Uncle Lester. You have helped Bri and now all the time you are giving Jake. WOW! giving him the cows and Moo. Plus helping him get his life started even thuo you have two places to care for of you own. Thank you for being so kind and really showing the real kind of Love. Again I will say you are the best.🤩🤩❤💕💯 I understand why you put Joleen and Waylon together. It will help them build a closer bond. And make Waylon a stronger bull.
You have again shown how knowledgeable and caring you are for your animals. I have never been prouder of you. I’ve always been in awe of your work ethic but this shows the true depth of a man. ❤❤❤❤
I was definitely bullied as a child. I grew up and learned to stand up for myself and I learned to use humor to talk people down. I worked at a jail and talked my way out of a lot of bad circumstances! I don’t know if it’s the same for men, but it’s sucks either way. I’m very happy you did this. Much love and respect. 😍
Lester the beginning of this broke my heart and I could feel the tears. I am so glad you put Waylon and Joleen together. Being bullied does leave an imprint and he is too handsome to not feel like a king. Thank you. ❤
You explained it very well Lester. You always do what is best for the babies and now Waylon. He will be a wonderful bull. Thank you for your love and care!
As someone who was bullied in school for more than 10 years, and by older brothers for my whole life, I am so glad you see what is happening and have taken steps to make things better for Jolene and Waylon.
I think it makes all the sense in the world! Poor Waylon would never get enough food to eat or any peace as long as Santoro & Moo were in the same pasture. I was thinking yesterday about that as Waylon was being chased by everyone. I really love watching all the channels on Morrow hill, you really do a great job giving the babies human characteristics. I really look forward to seeing those calves grow up. Thank you for making life more interesting to me!
Poor Waylon, just breaks my heart he's still calling for his momma! Oh I think it's awesome to put Waylon and Jolene together! He needs a friend so bad right now!!! Sending blessings to you and Jamie, Mr. Lester! It makes sense we're not stupid!!! Ok!!!
Love Ivy’s two cents. Lester you know your animals the best and this early move is probably the best thing to do. Waylon needs to get his confidence up. I can’t wait to see the next few days.
This was a wonderful decision. I hope everyone sees the need to do this! Waylon and Joleen will do great together. I’m looking forward to see Waylon become the herd bull. I love all your animals! Love From Hanford, California
Norma here. Thank you for rescuing Waylon from being bullied. Poor thing was just taken from his mama. He didn’t need to be treated poorly by the rest of the calves. It’s a horrible feeling to feel alone and unwanted and that goes for males and females. All Moo seems to care about is food. I think Waylon will do fine with Jolene. Poor Annie doesn’t know what to think anymore. lol Waylon is going to grow to be big and strong.
Lester you are so gosh darn animal smart! This sounds like an excellent idea. If it doesn’t work out, I’m sure you will make a good adjustment. BTW you have an excellent smile. 😊Every time you bust a smile I can’t help but smile in return. Thank you for years of daily videos. ❤
Lester, this was an Excellent move!! We know how much you care about our babies and this is just one way you've shown that!! I was so worried about little Waylon!!! 😩 😞 I am so very happy you did this!!! ❤ 😍 ❤
Lester you know what's best for all your animals ! Waylon not getting to eat is not good ! I love seeing Ringo at the end of your video, hope he is doing OK ! ❤️
I'm extremely pleased that you saw the signs and know your cattle to understand what they're going through. It broke my heart to see what was happening with Waylon because no one/animal wants to be ostracized, and/or bullied 😢 And I totally understand the mental health of Waylon and especially for his future and the future of his family. I understand why you kept repeating yourself, but I got it the first go around, but a lot of people weren't raised around bovine. I grew up in a farming community, which has died out due to commercialization unfortunately 😕 But I worked with horses 🐎 when I was young, and I hung out with all farmers, mostly bovine and pigs!! I loved it, and the smell of manure brings me back to my roots. I know it sounds gross, but most likely not to you. Lester with all you take care of with both properties and helping your family and children you amaze me with your insight to the smaller picture and to me that's a true guardian of your animals and their welfare. Thank you so very much for sharing and taking the time to explain to others why you do what you HAVE to do. Much love and respect 💕
Moo is not a dufus, he is an unpaid loyal babysitter for all the new babies! I love that you put Waylon in a pasture with Jolene. They are a great pair and will make beautiful babies..
Annabelle is looking in like wait, what happened here?! 😂. I’ll say it again, I’m so happy you did this. You take the absolute best care of your babies and I love it.
I understand and think it’s great you did it. It will make for happier baby bulls and gives them the chance to grow up independent of each other. It is especially great for Waylon as he is being bullied!
When you started talking about complexes I had to laugh. I'm the youngest of 6. I can still hear my mom yelling at my sisters to stop picking on me , "you're going to give her a complex!". Boy do I understand.
You made a smart move separating the 2 bulls now then later. I noticed how Moo treated Waylon. It seems to me that Moo wants to eat first cause he is top cow and the lesser standing cows eat wherever he leaves behind in order of standing. There would be none left for Waylon to eat.
The ending of this video was so peaceful to watch. Seeing Waylon not stressed out over the bully's picking on him will make a huge difference . You never want to see any of the animals continually being picked on . Yes there is a pecking order but its not done all day and night . Happy to see you make the right choice sooner than later Lester .
Lester, you definitely did the right thing by separating Waylon from the mean crew! This way he will get to eat much better and start to put on weight!❤️❤️
I understand completely what you did and why. You are being a responsible caretaker of the Sanctuary and that is exactly why I look forward to watching your videos every day. Thank you Lester!
I completely understand what you were telling us about. My mare was the high horse of our four. No one could eat in peace until she had been to all the piles of hay to see if she could find a larger one. We fed grain in their individual box stalls or she would have eaten all of that by herself. She only got half of the grain that the others did because she was what's called an "easy keeper". She stayed heavier no matter how much exercise she got.
I totally understand what you're needing to do for Waylon and his future self. I'm an empath and feel for all living things and I can't stand to see anyone or anything being bullied and treated badly by it's peers or herd. Love all the babies and I know you always do your best so they can live their best life ever. Thank you Lester for just being you. Oh and thank you for helping Jake. It warms my heart to see the connection you two have. Love you all
I’m excited to see these baby bovine grow‼️‼️❣️🤗 Poor Waylon is squeaking- he’s so hoarse❣️I don’t think this bull cow will feel inferior-ever. He’ll understand his “place”…for now🤗.
I have been following ISS since inception (I saw the coming home after Harvey and watched for anything you posted) and have complete faith in your decisions for all the babies. When you lay out a reason - or not - I am behind you 100%.
That was great teaching Darling Lester ! I dont know much about farm and animals but with you i learn a lot ! And yes, control the food, control the population, thank God Jamie has gardens and planted fruit trees !!
Good morning 🌞 Longhorn Lester. Great plan to move him with the little, he will be much happier. Santoro running him all the time and he isn't getting enough food. Bless you Lester.
Oh my God, I'm dying laughing! 🤣 My husband just came into the room, could hear this video, and said, "Is this the guy that has Cornholio? I recognize that voice!" 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Totally agree with your decision. Waylon's squeaky moo is breaking my heart. Can't wait to see him buff up in the upcoming months. Annie, Earlier and Indie..."WTH is Lester doing now?" 🤣
Good afternoon, Lester! I’m in agreeing with what you’re doing with Waylon and Jolene in their position within the pasture. Yes, the complex of both male and females is exactly what you say, it occurs in both genders, I do understand why you made this move here. Good luck separating the animals today.
Sorry to see Moo go, but it's very generous of you to help Jake set up his own thing. Moo really does love him. Glad you're helping Waylon out. He and Jolene make a cute couple!
I love how you get into the psyche of these animals, And have such good resolution for them. I'm sure he'll feel like a big man on campus when he gets in with the goats, that's great.
Even Joleen looks more relaxed after being seperated. I have learned so much for our farm from yall. Only a pig and chickens so far. Wondering if you have done a video on the different calls you use for all the different animals. If not could you?
I am so happy you separated them Lester thank you your so good to your babies now Jolene and Waylon can eat in peace and grow up together and be lifetime couple they look like a younger version of Santana and Tex so adorable 🥰❤️
I'm so glad you separated Waylon & Joleen. We could see the difference in Waylon instantly. I'm a Super Fan and I approve this action. 😃❤️
wish there were more Aline's in the world!!! ❤️
@@ImaSurvivorSanctuary I agree too
Where is Jake's pasture going to be? It would be easier on you all to move them over to their new home asap... Sounds like y'all are going to be busy with new fencing and a new barn for the Big Galoot, and the babies. 🥰🐂🐄🥰

Waylon is such a beautiful little bull I just love him 💚
Lester you are so gosh darn animal smart!
Poor Waylon he has no voice left.... you know what's best for him. Lot's of ❤️
I thought it was a cats meow until I saw his mouth move😢
@@elizabethbarker3216 Poor baby, Lester and Jamie will take great care of Waylon.
Awweee....that does my heart good! ❤️ Lester you are so good to your animals and intuitive to their needs! I ❤️ Love it! And Waylon Thanks you!
You are an amazing caring Dad to all. Thanks Lester for who you are ❤
You the man Lester. We completely understand why you did this. It had to happen 100%. This is the best for all the cows involved. ❤️
It is truly amazing that you anticipated these issues and worked to resolve them
It makes perfect sense, Rick & you have taught us well.
I am so happy for you to have your dream come true of having your herd of longhorns.🐃🐃🐃
I always crack up when the horses (donkeys) put in their 2 cents... LMBO 🤣😂
They always seem to know the perfect time too !
I love how you’ll are always coming up with ways to be proactive with all your babies big and small.
Of course, most all of us understand your explanation because you made it very clear. It does not matter if anyone disagrees. Pure and simple!
What a super caring idea, Lester. You are so right! Waylon thanks you.❤
I totally get what you are doing. I'm grateful for your attention to your babies. They will thrive now.
Lester, you definitely did the right thing by separating Waylon from the mean crew! This way he will get to eat much better and start to put on weight!❤️❤️
This is such a great idea, I can’t wait to see Waylon grow with Jolene and to gain confidence. I knew you would work this out. God Bless all of you
I understand completely what you did and why.
Best move! Great job Lester!! Can't wait to see Waylon grow into a great big bull!
❤❤ It is really great that you are able to 'read' your animals and respond in kind. ❤❤ Thank you for being that guy!❤❤
I understand. In order for him to survive they need to be separated to flourish as a bull
There is alot of us that understand. Can't wait for Waylon and Joleen to grow up hope you get them as gentle as Billy
Glad you recognized an issue and fixed it. Poor Waylon. It's hard to watch the growing pains sometimes.
I have been following ISS since inception (I saw the coming home after Harvey and watched for anything you posted) and have complete faith in your decisions for all the babies. When you lay out a reason - or not - I am behind you 100%.
Oh Waylon is going to be one handsome Bull! You could see a sigh of relief 😮💨 in Waylon once you separated them. 😊
Lester, what you just did was save Waylon’s life!!!💞
I totally understand why you separated them! A great idea!
Okay your introduction was so cute! When you said “you heard it from the horses mouth” Bucky sticks his head out! Perfect timing! 😅😂😂
I trust your knowledge, experience and compassion. Waylon deserves his best chance..
You definitely have explained it well and I think everyone understands what you are doing. It makes perfect sense! Smart man Lester!
Totally agree with your decision. Waylon's squeaky moo is breaking my heart. Can't wait to see him buff up in the upcoming months. Annie, Earlier and Indie..."WTH is Lester doing now?" 🤣
Good idea Lester. I feel so bad for baby Waylon. Hope he gets more comfortable soon. They're all precious.
The babies were so peacefully eating after separated! 🎉 That shows u did the right thing!❤
Good afternoon, Lester! I’m in agreeing with what you’re doing with Waylon and Jolene in their position within the pasture. Yes, the complex of both male and females is exactly what you say, it occurs in both genders, I do understand why you made this move here. Good luck separating the animals today.
I can see the school teacher in you. You did a good thing. I understand completely!
Sorry to see Moo go, but it's very generous of you to help Jake set up his own thing. Moo really does love him. Glad you're helping Waylon out. He and Jolene make a cute couple!
Moo is just going across the pasture at bit he still around
Moo will still be on Morrow Hill…he’s moving over on another side of a fence. We will continue to see him.
He is only going next door and Jake will have him in plenty of videos
@@rebeccasellers7018 exactly. People are acting like he's moving across the state or something.
I don't want moo to leave even if it's only in the next pasture
This does make perfect sense Lester! Wonderful idea!!💯👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I was picked on in my family and at school! I have fought those feeling all my life even though I am 73 years old!
I love how you get into the psyche of these animals, And have such good resolution for them. I'm sure he'll feel like a big man on campus when he gets in with the goats, that's great.
I love how you are aware and analyze what each critter needs. Great for you.
I think you are doing right. You care and do what’s best for all. I just love hearing ivy talk. Donkey are one of my favorite
Just a typical ISSSS! You all are great and do what is best for the critters. I love y'all and would love to visit when I visit my sister in Houston
Lester you definitely know whats best for these babies!! Thank you for all you do for these babies!! Love you all!! ❤
Even Joleen looks more relaxed after being seperated. I have learned so much for our farm from yall. Only a pig and chickens so far. Wondering if you have done a video on the different calls you use for all the different animals. If not could you?
I'm happy Waylon is going to get a chance to bond with Jolene. You always do what's best for them.
I am so happy you separated them Lester thank you your so good to your babies now Jolene and Waylon can eat in peace and grow up together and be lifetime couple they look like a younger version of Santana and Tex so adorable 🥰❤️
