Thank you for your comment. Japan is beautiful and worth visiting any time of the year. We were fortunate to go in Autumn - the other peak season. We would recommend tracking the cherry blossom bloom forecast before planning your trip and adjust to the locations where you'd find them the most. We did something similar by tracking Autumn forecast.

Thank you! It was the last week of November (Nov 23rd to 25th). We googled the forecast for the autumn colours and roughly planned this.
