clear, boss damage, speed is amazing on slayer, wanted to play reave for a long time, my question is what would you do for a something that gives a slayer a nice survivability i feel like i can die any second without knowing from what (trade league so easy fix if you got a tip), do we go as much evasion? some sort of item?

I don't have the gear I want to play a slayer and honestly I am looking at running another reave as a gladiator as I can get defense in ssf easier.

@@eathb don't know, haven't played sc trade since betrayal. Probably slayer with secrets of suffering, replica abyssus, better weapon, woke gems, yoke of suffering, synthesis implicits. I have a 18% crit multi synth ring in ssf I didn't craft it as it dropped halfway through lv 99. Re craft medium clusters for double damage, drop the aoe one for another crit. Anoint, fix gloves, fix boots, refraction, lethal pride for double damage are all things I plan on doing in ssf.
I started buying/crafting gear last night. Obvi it’s going to be a bit better because trade but I’m following your outline, in trade would you keep dawnbreaker? What about ideal boot/glove/helmet/chest implicits, also, ideal large cluster? I know you want the double damage mediums. I also got a 20/20 refraction.
I’m also thinking, do we go more towards a juicy phys claw since refraction converts 100% of phys or is it better to just have base phys with the ele claw for Trinity. I slotted it in to my lightning strike slayers 6link and it’s extremely underwhelming but that’s definitely more do to tree needing changes if you have a discord or anything lmk when you see this bro
@@asapBreeZy I have a video with a POB that is slayer template, I'd change things as I don't think it was very good. I believe the slayer tree would use 2 large cluster setups with mediums and crafted jewels. I plan on running the build back on slayer now as I was looking into new builds and just couldn't find enough uniques and bases to make anything work. Phys scaling with banner and some other mechanics can be incredibly strong plus you can take ascendancy from gladiator or champion which have good options.
@@asapBreeZy LS will always be higher damage in endgame, it has a double hit mechanic and abuses projectiles. The best skills in the game abuse projectiles. The only problem I find is that getting defenses on slayer is honestly worse than the trickster for ssf. Idk how I'll have endurance without charge boots. And obviously want the brutal charge belt on slayer. All gear I don't have.
@@ExiledVessel yea I hear you, idk something about LS doesn’t feel great on the slayer, then again I followed Fubguns PoB and it went from day 1 average gear to headhunter/ralakesh/maven belt etc. I definitely need to craft new clusters and maybe swap from pure evasion to armour/evasion. For clusters, feed/fuel/martial? Or do you get the +1 proj on both. That’s probably massive. What other builds were you considering
@@rothaarshanks4401 the best defense is rolling your maps better. Past that I like delirium, breach and abyss. I reroll over leech, no regen, minus max, crit, or 2+ extra as mods. It all depends on the build. I don't even have capped suppression but I never felt in danger of dying to spells. Did exarch altars for chaos to rerolls. Didn't ever do expedition and over sustain chaos.

@@zgeer it's a good skill, I think the build can be much stronger in a variety of different builds. Warden, slayer, zerker all have big potential.
