Appreciate you Mike, for these God debates. Its year 2 of me becoming atheist ⚛️ i haven't felt this mentally free in my entire life. I hope you never stop spreading the real Truth bro..
I mean to be an atheist is truly pointless because in the end we don’t know….we are the most advanced organic walking piece of technology in the universe…to me that isn’t some accident…even if it’s not the god of the Bible or what we think, there very well could be a creator we simply do not know
I rather live not knowing, than living in fear worshipping something i cant see or prove. Faith is pointless... Im Atheist and your religious, but we will both rot the same...@@RealCoinFace
@@RealCoinFacehumans aren't technology and how do you know we are the most advanced organism in the universe? Accidents implies intention aswell, how do you know there was intention behind life or the universe.
“God” might be possible depending on the description of the particular God, however the omni properties seem impossible to me or at least logically contradictory making them impossible by my likes.
Anything is possible. It’s just not necessary. We can make anything up, and it could be true, but if there’s no evidence then there’s no reason to believe in it.
@@lionelmessisburner7393 “Anything is possible?” Are you sure about that? Is a square circle possible? Is it possible to be awake & not awake at the same time in the same way? Typically when people appeal to “possibility” they’re appealing to logical possibility. In other words: anything that is NOT contradictory (a violation of classical logic) is possible. Meaning both A/-A cannot both be true at the same time in the same way. If you’re appealing to “nomological possibility” that’s what’s possible given the current laws of nature. For example: me jumping to the moon is not “logically impossible”, but it is nomologically impossible. These are important distinctions to consider. I totally agree with your “necessary” point. Necessity must be demonstrated & I wish anyone good luck with attempting that chain of reasoning.
@@xtrumo.em2d296 I agree that the deist God is not impossible, but if you believe in it you’re saying you’ve found/believe in the “undetectable”. The deist God by definition does not interact/intervene with the universe or the people in it. I’m just curious what reason could you provide to believe deism is true? Not “possible”, but true. It’s possibly you’re not even saying that.
UA-camr Gutsick Gibbon effectively dismantles the myth of Noah’s flood, particularly addressing ‘the heat problem.’ The amount of energy required to flood the Earth would be so immense that it would vaporize the planet’s crust.
It's amazing how many theists think that if one claim is proven true in their holy book (a historical claim) then the supernatural claims are also true.
That's the second time in two days I hear someone make that claim about how many references in the Bible and how many authors and the best selling book on the planet etc.
Why do theist think this is a question the atheist live ? The first thing he asks is “what evidence do you have for god” and these idiots always start with “let me ask you a question” how is asking me a question substantiate your claim ? They’re lost. Very sad
What I like about the drowning kid story is that if somebody said "I'm not saying it was aliens, but it was aliens" they have as much ground to claim that the event was proof of aliens as that guy did for claiming it was god.
Pointing out the ridiculousness of Noah’s flood and she responds “this is ridiculous”. Yes you are correct. It’s ridiculous you believe in utter nonsense stories simply because your parents (most likely taught it to you or believe it) and you can’t get past the fact that you may have been lied to. Get over it and wake up 1:11:05
Why do you allow theist to shift the burden of proof so much ? The first thing after you telling them to provide evidence shouldn’t be “let me ask you questions” and have you defend what you believe. You should hold them to their claim and have them substantiate their claim without shifting the burden too you.
i think it's childish to continuously ask theists questions and not explain ourselves as atheists. We are doing ourselves a disservice by dismissing everything they say
Why is that important? They are distinct entities which in many cases contradict each other. If you keep on updating the religion to avoid contradicting science, that still does NOT mean it has any value in itself. Religion is based on fallacious thinking and gullibility; whether it is compatible with science or not.

You mean theist god isn’t possible. You would be wrong if you were implying a deist god is impossible to exist.

Without god, religion fails. Yet, without god, science prevails.
