I think by not leveling up those buildings in all these months for the sake of spending them during a special event, you're most likely hurting your own purrformance more than if you had spent the purrency all the time instantly. All those damage, HHP, SHP, etc. buffs from all those buildings are so Worf it!
Can't even get the Nova Squadron to even with your ops level. Two upgrades per operation and then it's locked until you level up. For a +1% base efficiency per level for "certain" specialty buildings... yeah, the Nova Squadron is a dud imo

@MatthewBluefox Yeah... you are probably right.
If you tap on the Nova squadron ability, it tells you which buildings it helps with. Basically everything older than it.
