It is matter of corruption if respondent of Government officer causing delay in proceeding of high court.
Why is it necessary to file written statement on green paper only. Can it not be filed on ordinary white A4 size sheets commonly available

Namaskar!🙏 😊 Sir, what is the meaning of direct service? Number of times, at the end of the submission by an advocate, he says direct service be permitted.. or his Lordship dictates, Ld. APP or AGP waives direct service.
Direct service involves delivering legal notices directly to the parties involved, bypassing the court mechanism. Typically, court notices are served through intermediaries like bailiffs after court orders. However, in direct service, the notice is delivered either to the advocate or the party.
When government entities or officers are respondents, the government pleader, usually present in court, often accepts the notice directly, waiving formal service. Subsequently, the government pleader informs their clients and proceeds with the necessary legal actions based on their instructions.
For private parties, direct service may include obtaining "hamdast," where court notices are personally served on the parties. The packets containing notices are delivered, acknowledgment is obtained, and the process is completed by returning the acknowledgment to the high court registry.
To implement this procedure in your court, you'll need to explore the specific guidelines for obtaining hamdast and ensuring proper acknowledgment from private parties. This direct service approach aims to save time that would otherwise be spent on formal court mechanisms.

Sir.. mere bhai ki wife ne false 498a ka case kiya he mere aur mere wife k khilaf jonki false case he since we are staying away from them since last 6-7 years and having no concern with their matrimonial dispute . With all proofs we went to HC and filled 482crpc. on first hearing of HC notice was served to the respondents and we got stay order on her case. She got so much afraid of this and she immediately called my brother and ask him settle in lower court asap. Sir my question is
1. will she able do settlement in lower court though we filled 482crpc in hc and put a stay on her case ?
2. will lower court proceedings will stop until we resolve this case in HC .? Sir pls reply

Lower Court Judge in my matter is influenced by opposite party .

Sir मैं सेंट्रल गवर्नमेंट एम्प्लॉय था मुझे 2021में fake documents के कारण सर्विस से terminate कर दिया है । मेरा case Delhi high court में है और उसकी final hearing October में होनी थी पर हो नहीं पाई । अब final hearing के लिए case April में list हुआ है।
