Listening and laughing along, while also wondering if Sarah has ever been checked for endometriosis. Ladies, if you get diagnosed with IBS because they have ruled out everything else, ask about endometriosis. I had IBS for 15 years before they realised it was endo. Had my endometriosis tissue ablated and stopped having the shits.

You might like this--I read a book recently called "Mycophilia," and at one point the author interviewed an expert mushroom hunter. Based on how many of them he reported eating, she speculated that his digestive system "must resemble a log-flume ride," and I had to shut the book until I could stop laughing.

Sarah, in Japan you need a PhD to use the toilets. And they do have music you can turn on if you need discretion. It's quite an experience.May be you could do a comedy session on them
