My advice is do not sunbathing for too long. I understand a lot of western people wanna to have skin with color like Southeast Asians. But too long sunbathing triggers the higher risk of melanoma (skin cancer). My Australian friend have this disease because she was addicted to tanning bed treatment in Australia.
