I never have money to buy makeup but I’m obsessed with Colourpop and have the biggest list of stuff I want from them. They’re supposed to put that warning when using certain ingredients so they don’t get sued. Obviously makeup doesn’t have any rules so you can use that shadow for anything you want.
It's a liability thing. It's not like it's unsafe or anything. Some ingredients aren't FDA approved but are still safe to use/are approved in other countries. But it takes the liability off of them and onto the consumer because they are made aware of the warning and to use at their own risk.
