"Yanaba" refers to a structure where scaffolding is set up in the river, creating a platform with beams made of wood and bamboo,
allowing for a fishing method where fish swimming downstream get caught.
It has been in operation year-round since the fiscal year 2022, offering course meals featuring salt-grilled sweetfish(AYU)
and fresh sashimi from June to November. In the winter, you can enjoy hot pot dishes and more.
