Dropping it repeatedly like a clinker. I'd call that a thumper! 😂. I'd be doing the same thing while laughing and shaking, too. Thanks for sharing that. Great find!
Excellent find! I cant believe that bedrock crack had been overlooked in that location, such a frequented spot and no one had ever dug that it looked excellent!
Nice little nugget! In the early 70's my Dad and I often fished the Feather river below Sloat. On one trip I took a mask and did a little sniping. I found gold and have been sniping ever since.
Wow the best place to find gold..I like this place.. it allows to get maximum results.. steady.. success always friends.. greetings from us traditional Indonesian gold seekers🇲🇨⚒️⛏️🪙🌟💞🌸❤️✋👍👍
Nice picker. Not being able to move a little 100lb rock has old "Buzzard Thompson" Rollin over. Go back there, move the rock with a fulcrum and crowbar . I bet there's good color under it and on the upstream side, huh Jeff?
I think the spot in the beginning of your vid where you said was old channel was actually an old hydraulic waste pile. still a good place to look! Nice nug! Makes me want to get out with the metal detector!
@@The_fishingfool You proved what many are not learning is that a cheap detector can do what an expensive one will do in the right area. That is awesome. I have found good gold downstream many years ago in a crack above the water level behind a guy using a 5 inch dredge when it was legal. Is it legal to use a detector there? I heard it wasn't in the Auburn State Rec area..

do you know if there is cell service here or is it too far in the hills? im asking cus my car is iffy but i have AAA. looks like a good place to camp.
There was spotty service on the way in. I can’t remember if there was service down at the river.
Awesome video. Love the gold shakes. New sub here.

You go up river from bridge or down river ? Congrats on the chunker
I went upriver. Good luck if you get out there.
That was awesome! What metal detector are you using? So many to choose, that one found the gold
Bounty hunter 3300 and a aftermarket 4inch coil.
Nice V G at Mineral bar..
Sweet!!!! Congratulations!!!!!
Good job buddy. Keep it up and upload videos, I think you can make more Subs in this way for the future. Very exciting nugget!
Hello from Vancouver Canada 🇨🇦
What type of coil & machine you running sure works good 😎
Good question I added the info to the description. Bounty Hunter 3300 and it has a 4in nugget search coil attached.
How much would a nugget like that cost?? Or how much could you get for that?
Probably a 4-6 gram nugget. Someone would pay easily $400-$600 for it, nuggets get a big boost over spot gold price
Nice find I’d be excited too enjoyed the video ⚒️🕳️⛏️🇺🇸
Nice piece and crevice tool
Just found your channel via reddit prospecting sub. Dude, NICE find!! Congrats! What metal detector do you use in this video?
Thanks! Bounty Hunter 3300 with a 4 inch coil.
