There are several factors in irritable bowel syndrome what not to eat. One resource I found which successfully combines these is the Stomach Oracle Omnibus (check it out on google) definately the most incredible plan that I have ever heard of. look at the incredible information.

Nadine, I found you through Pixiwoo last week and I've spent the weekend binging your videos. I adore you! So smart, funny and down to earth: proof that beauty editors are honest-to-goodness science nerds. Thank you for sharing everything you know with us! I wanted to ask if you've come across the Timeless Skin Care range. It reminds me a lot of The Ordinary - no-nonsense, science-based serums at an excellent price point. The 20% Vitamin C + E Ferulic Acid Serum is $25 USD and (in my opinion), an excellent dupe for SkinCeuticals. I also use the Coenzyme Q10 and the Matrixyl Synthe'6 serums and like them a lot. I haven't heard many beauty/skin care experts talking about them on UA-cam and would be fascinated to hear your take on this affordable skincare range.

MsPoseyP I use these same products and love them. Started after watching Angie on Hot and Flashy. Asked another guru's opinion on the Vit C serum when compared to Skinceutical's. Her reply was very condescending (needless to say I unsubscribed). Would love Nadine's opinion!

Love this video!!! And love masks!! And love Nadines wink winks at companies to make better dupes 🙌🙌 But here is what I have learned about having great skin...#1 get professional treatments. Like lasers, peels etc. Done under the care of a someone who is very educated. This is critical. #2 At home have a very simple and supportive skin care regime. #3 know your skin type. If you are acne prone don’t use heavy occlusive creams and over stimulating ingredients. No matter how cool they look. Sorry but be boring. #4 Try to wear less. Your skin will thank you and if you do step #1 you will be able to!! Sorry for the long note. Just my some thoughts...cuz we all spend so much time on this topic. 👌👍😍

Oh dupes my favourite 🤗although I will treat myself if a product is worth it. Totally off subject Nadine & I’m not sure if you have tried differin?Ive been on it a good five months every other day & although I’ve noticed a difference in texture I have had a constant flow of spots ,probably because it’s cleaning the pore out but some has scared too & I have never had spots under the jaw line but have since using this,so disheartened but wondering if anyone you know has experienced any problems after all these months of using it plus I have tried moisturiser underneath & other methods so I’m stumped 🤔 looking forward to the pallets 🤗👍🏻xx

Love watching you Nadine, everything (just about is too expensive), but love dupes. This question has a bit to do with your video. I get 2 answers from this question. If HA is taken from the environment, and you live in a dry desert area, where does the HA come from? The bit in the air or your own supply? I lived in a moist environment most of my life and regretfully moved to a Western state that is drying out my once moist Sicilian skin :) Can I benefit from HA?

Hi, I’ve changed all my skin care at once and I’m getting little red bumps on my face! I’m 54 and have not had blemishes sin I was a teen. I think I’ve uses too much too fast. What do you think was the cause if you can guess? My moisturizer with spf 30 (avobenzone / octinoxate), night cream with retinol, supercharged concentrate, or my cleansing milk. I’m trying not to use the brand name, but I can if it helps. Your thoughts would be so appreciated.

I’m currently using NIOD’s CAIS and (I think) it’s made a great difference to my skin - it just seems less red and more even. Is Alpha-H’s Vitamin B serum just as good though at a slightly lower price point? Also, is there anything I can do other than a primer to minimise the appearance of open pores? I currently use Liquid Gold and Paula’s 1% retinol each about twice a week.

    • @heleng255
      @heleng255 7 років тому

lgoodger1 I haven’t used CAIS so can’t compare, but the Alpha H vit B has been a wonder product for me, I had very visible pores and a lot of redness that has minimised greatly after a month of using in rotation with my other products. I try a decent amount of skincare, some winners, some losers, and this is one of the few products that really made a huge difference to the appearance and texture of my skin in a short space of time. I was going to try CAIS if this didn’t work well for me, but I won’t be changing now.

"Why wouldn't you use it?" Because I'd have to skip on paying my council tax bill or work an extra ten hours as a carer to afford it 😭😭😭 love your videos though Nadine and I appreciate how honest you are about brands and ingredients! Maybe I'll just have to have shitty skin for the rest of my days. I'm not sure if I'd ever spend £85 on a product, but I guess it's all relative to how much money one earns. One day I may see it from the other side but for now I'll stick with The Ordinary and hope other brands follow suit and push the boundaries in terms of cost ❤️❤️

Leanne Brookes sorry I meant rather pay that than £129. I agree someone needs to do a great bargain CE Ferulic dupe - although The Ordinary have great antioxidants they do not do one X

I am currently having problems with my skin I was always very dry sensitive eczema prone skin but now I’m oily and suffering with breakouts. Never suffered with spots at all and finding it tough get them gone. My skin is still sensitive but am using the ordinary glycolic acid on a night and lactic acid in the morning with the la Roche posay cleanser but don’t know about moisturiser..... can you please advise or anyone for that matter

kris wright I can sympathise, Chris, I'm really sensitive too, and have dry skin naturally.
If you're oily atm you might be better going every other day or twice weekly with your glycolic and lactic exfoliant. Definitely don't use them twice a day. Lactic is supposed to be gentler, so it might be worth just using that for a week and the glycolic once a week.
The problem with sensitive skin is it can disguise your true skin type. Your skin can appear to be dry when really it's dehydrated because of what you're using. Once you take out what's sensitising you your skin regulates and becomes its natural state, which could be combination or oily.
I would recommend taking out all skin sensitisers, fragrance and fragrant essential oils, and see what your skin type is when it's not reacting.
If you are oiler naturally, try adding a salicylic acid exfoliant (Paula's Choice do a fab one), and use a AHA exfoliant once a week.
On the moisturiser front you could try Olay Total Effects Fragrance Free. It has a high niacinamide content, which should help your pores.
Sorry it's long reply, I feel like I've finally won the war with my sensitive skin :)

Have you considered switching to a BHA? More helpful with spots and surface oil control and WAYY better for soothing sensitive skin, due to its anti-inflammatory properties.

Adding to the comments above, on the moisturiser front LRP's Toleriane Ultra has worked really well for getting my super sensitive skin normalised. It is not going to give you heaps of hydration but it is really good for layering over a good hyaluronic serum, and has got very little to aggravate the skin in it.
