I think Sentinel Prime is more close to Autobots. He didn't actually change side, he was only cooperating with Decepticons to restore Cybertron. You see, Decepticons' main goal is complete control over Cybertron, and in the long term, the entire universe. Sentinel Prime was only trying to restore Cybertron, he didnt wish for Autobots to be destroyed If you have more knowledge, then... You know.

He may not have called himself a Decepticon, but he definitely acted like one. He killed Ironhide, tried to enslave humanity, tried to kill Optimus, and even went as far as to call himself a God.
His plan caused more Autobot deaths, one of which he was personally responsible for. He almost killed Optimus in their final fight and betrayed all that he stood for. Only thing that didn’t make it official was that Sentinel didn’t have the badge.

Armada is one of my favorite transformers cartoons, and it's a shame it got so bad continuation. Energon just ripped entire Armada. Armada started well, got weak middle and an epic end. Heartbreaking death of Starscream, funny as fuck scenes with Megamoron and Tidalwave, an epic, EPIC final fight where Optimus shows his fighther nature and kicks shit out of Megatron. And Megatron sacrificing his life for killing Unicron. I will definitely show Armada to my kids if i get them at any point. Sorry everyone for poor English btw
