I know the comment section isn’t a prayer chain, but could you all please pray for my cousin. She had a stroke about a week ago and was paralyzed on her right side. Doctors are saying that she has a long road to recovery. 9/25 Update: she has started physical therapy and is relearning how to walk.
I sympathise, my uncle has suffered with multiple strokes and they can be very scary. I’m praying for your cousin and her family - may God give her the strength and comfort she needs to recuperate, I know with strokes sometimes the rehabilitation is a slow and frustrating process, and recovery isn’t always 100%, but I pray she will manage as best as possible to return to health and stability, and keep faith and peace of mind. 2 Thess 3:16 - God bless 🙏

How is this SO good both from a relaxing/healing ASMR perspective AND a truth/spirit filled perspective?! Because you sis are living out who you are in the Lord!! I loved the part about the Lord creating our inner most being. (Psalms 139:13) I feel like we read that but forget that our personality and abilities are from Him! What an encouragement and how freeing to know we can express who we are while showing the world, more importantly, who HE is.
It's good to see Christian ASMR, where I can listen without being surprised by some random dig at the faith or anything. Admittedly, it's only happened once or twice for me, but it soured my opinion of the channel. Thanks for making this

I just found out my grandpa had a serious accident and is in hospital, i was really upset and unable to sleep worrying about him, but seeing this video pop up in my notifications felt like a reminder to fully rely in God and reflect on His blessings. I have wrestled with low self-esteem most of my life because of childhood abuse & being told I'd never anount to anything. Thank you Dee. I needed this badly, my parents think ASMR is evil in someway, because my family is Christian. But I never understood how it could be evil. But ever since they found out I watched ASMR, it’s been hard for me to sleep. And I don’t want to disobey them by watching more. So I keep staying up so long, I can’t keep my eyes open. I kept looking up, “Why do my Christian parents think ASMR is evil?” And I’m just kinda sometimes going to bed early or earlier. But it’s sometimes hard! So I looked up Christian ASMR, and found this! So I like to watch this more now, and it’s even better sleeping! 🛌 And sometimes, I think of these without watching them, and I’m able to sleep. But Dee, this is a thanks for helping me sleep better again. ❤
I have also heard from some Christians that ASMR is evil. What these Christians all had in common was that they hadn't even seen a full ASMR video, or any video at all, so they were totally ignorant, but legalistic. But most of all, the "M" (for meridian) triggers them the most. They associate it with something mystical, far eastern, meditating and fantasy traveling and all that crap. They don't know that it's a made-up fantasy name, and they don't want to know more. Even the most devout Christian is susceptible to relaxing sounds like rain or fire. This is ASMR, nothing more. Of course there is dubious content, but that is present in everything and is not due to the thing itself. Maybe you can try to get your parents to watch a Christian ASMR video. Thank God there are many very good channels now. God's blessing.

I also know thisisnt a prayer chain but brothers and sisters can you please pray for my mom that the lord will let this docter visit and catscan show normal, and that whatever the problem is the lord will heal my mother body from the crown of her head to the soles of her feet. The last docter visit we had a few days before wasnt good. And also for my sister who needs to draw colser to the lord as i do. 😢 i pray for us all❤❤❤❤ I know the lord can heal us n change us for his glory.

I’ve been struggling with depression on and off my whole life including recently, and I was kind of not taking the necessary steps to try and fix it, partly out of fear. But this song felt like Jesus telling me, “you are made for more”, “you were never meant to be tending a grave!” and that I need to go in and have hope that I will find healing We do not belong to depression We do not belong to anxiety We do not belong to grief We do not belong to despair We do not belong to hopelessness We belong to Jesus!!!
If God is love, why did he promote methods of justice that involved the slaughter of countless innocent women, men, and children? Why did he prompt an event that engulfed the globe in a flood - allegedly, at least? Why did he spare no one in this event? By virtue of his own rigidly established moral standards, should he not have excluded those who did not partake in acts that he deemed sinful, such as animals, children, or laypeople who adhered to his word? For a being that is supposedly all-loving and perfect, he seems to be quite the sadist - a narcissist as well. To create an astoundingly intricate system of organisms just for them to be ultimately doomed to failure seems pretty inefficacious, to say the least. He, as an omniscient deity (assuming he exists), knew that we would fall into sin and that humans produced after the first he created would be easily persuaded by others to commit these ostensibly terrible acts as well. It seems like one big fiasco to me…
Please pray for me that I’m able to rely more On the strength of God an Jesus and that I’m able to stay focus on him and and not fall into temptation and to acknowledge him in everything I do and for him to make me into the man he wants me to be for him🙏
Lord you are the giver of all good things. You provide a way out from temptation and sanctify us by your good grace. Please help my friend to life all burdens to you, submit and surrender and no longer yield to things that are not from you. Jesus I pray amen
