  • INGREDIENTS:
    1. BEEF- 1 KG (BONE LESS CHOPPED INTO SMALL PIECES)
    2. BERESTA(FRIED ONION) -3 CUPS BLENDED
    3. GINGER PASTE- 2 TBL SPOON
    4. GARLIC PASTE- 1 TBL SPOON
    5. ONION PASTE- 2 BL SPOON
    6. SOUR CURD- 1 CUP
    7. RED PEPPER- 3 TEA SPOON
    8. SALT 3 TEA SPOON
    9. WHITE PEPPER- 1 TEA SPOON
    10. BLACK PEPPER CRUSHED- 1 TEA SPOON
    11. CORIANDER SEEDS POWDER- 2 TEA SPOON
    12. CUMIN POWDER- 3 TEA SPOON
    13. CARDEMOM POWDER- 1 TEA SPOON
    14. JAYFOL(NUTMEG)/JOYITRY(MACE)/CINNAMON- 2 TEA SPOON BLENDED
    15. MUSTERED OIL- 4 TBL SPOON
    16. GREEN PAPAYA-BLENDED WITH SKIN- 6 TBL SPOON
    17. MIXING THESE ALL AND MERINATE 24 HOURS IN FREEZE
    18. AFTER 24 HOURS, SHEEK, AND ON FLAT TAWA, FRY WITH MUSTERED OIL BRUSH
    19. DECORATE WITH MUSTERED SAUCE AND PARATA/RUTI
    20. NEED A PLAIN ROT IRON FRY PAN
    21. NEED SKEWERS STICKS (METAL OR WOODEN. I USED METAL. IF YOU USE WOODEN, THEN YOU NEED TO SOAK WOODEN SKEWERS IN WATER FOR HALF AN HOUR. SO THE STICKS WILL NOT BURN.

    Well details are good..BT why didn't you used charcoal?

      Thanks for your opinion bro. Charcoal is a bit costly. I wanted to show the process easiy to make at own kitchen. Hopefully in this winter I will show barBQ in charcoal. Thanks. Keep in touch!
