I had a bad grease burn and I took vitamin E pills and opened them up and rubbed that on the burn and it really helped heal it and made the scar barely there.

That blue dress- the bottom looks lile someone took a giant sleeping bonnet from the 1800's and turned it into a dress. Wow! Had it not had the tight ruffle on the bottom it would have been cute.

For denim I literally only buy from Torrid. They’re expensive but they always fit perfectly and at the right length for my 5’2” height. They hide my belly just the way I want to the point that I wear crop tops and bodysuits without being super self conscious. It’s wonderful lol😂 I absolutely love your channel and your recommendations are the best! Thank you so much for all of this information!!☺️

Use Palmers cocoa butter on the scare. It will lighten the scare
If you take your iron. Just a regular steam iron, and steam the waist as you pull a little on the fabric, you can give yourself an inch to an inch and a half more room. I have always had a big waist. Even if I was slimmer, so I've used this forever and the tip was given to me by a steamstress.

For dark fabrics in dark colours and black, soak them in cold water with vinegar (approx 1 cup in a full kitchen sink of cold water) for a couple of hours. This should 'set' the dye so it doesn't run or rub off on furniture and clothing....then wash as usual....Hope this helps.

You might want to try Scar Away gel sheets once your burn heals up. They sell them at drugstores. I used them for about 6 - 8 weeks on a rope burn on my leg last summer, and it really helped. I hope you feel better soon!

Oh my Audrey, I’m so sorry to hear that. Steam burns are so bad! I can relate. Honestly, I do recommend the A&D ointment for burns - my goodness I swear by it. Maybe give that a try (add to your rotation with your other products). I hope it heals up quick.

Another great haul...glad to hear you are getting past the burn. I love the flair jeans but and nervous because I am only 5'3'" on a good day and that seems like a lot to cut off. I have never been able to find a short plus size pair that work.

Ohh man, steamburns are the worst!! I use to work at Red Lobster and those steam burns were always the most painful.

Loved this haul. Its a pitty the denim dress was cut small, I thought it was adorable in theory. I love your tips to cut the flare jeans, I bought a pair from your recomendation and they are about a inch longer than I prefer. So, thank you for that. Also the tip to wear the jean shirt with sun dresses. I love that idea. My favorite piece of the day was the blue peplum shirt. I love the vibrant floral pattern... beautiful. Close second was the country home shirt, the color is also beautiful.

Hey Audrey, a pediatrician told me they use a&d ointment in the burn units and it heals without scaring. I recently burned my hand and fingers on a hot pan last month and I used the a&d and you can't even tell. My daughter had a stylist burn her cheek with a curling iron and no scar!!! Get you some girl!! I promise. Love you hope your feel better.

Have you ever heard of Rahleigh Salve? I swear by that stuff for minor cuts, bruises, & burns. It even helps with sunburns! With that said, as a nurse, I have to caution you, if the injury is deep enough there is a risk for infection, it may not be your best option. But it works great for the less severe stuff. (This is in no way a prescription-sort-of-endorsement. But it is my personal go-to. 😉)

Omgosh, I forgot in the last comment to say, I am glad you are okay with the iron incedent. What a scare. God was definatly watching out for you. Can, I make a recommendation as well, Fresh Aloe Vera will do wonders for a burn. It also will help with scaring. Just thought I would throw it out there, in case you hadn't heard anything about it. Anyway, happy you are feeling somewhat better and healing.

Pick up some La Roche Posay Cicaplast Baume B5. It moisturizes, heals, and provides a barrier. You can use it on any abrasion. A tiny tube is super inexpensive and lasts forever :)

I purchased the flair jeans at your recommendation, I love them but I did have to cut them. I tried to frey them but they don’t look as good as the original. Also the bell isn’t as wide once you cut them. But I still love them and I’m going to buy a 2nd pair soon. I am 5’3

I know this was from March, but I bought a pair of white denim jeans with a frayed hem and they are nice and thick, not see thru from Cato. They run a bit large, I bought my usual size and had to size down.

A dry cleaner could fix the zipper. Obviously you'd have to pay for it, and it may be cheaper to just order a different one, but its an option.

Audrey, or anyone else watching this. If you get a burn and it's not so bad that you don't need to go the hospital put pure Lavender oil on it. Be careful with essential oils because most of them you need to dilute the oil with a carrier oil like olive oil but with Lavender if it's pure you can use straight. No water just the Lavender oil. It's takes the pain away and stop the scaring like nothing I have ever used. Honestly try it you will be so surprised how effective it is. I take it everywhere with me now.
Unfortunately, I am terribly allergic to lavendar but I've heard it does work wonders for anyone that can use it ❤

Hey girl ,my wife is plus size. I went to JC penneys and purchased some white jeans for her in a crop style. they're great. You can't see through them they're stretchy. I think they were like $35, but I did catch him on sale, so you might check out JC Penney's denim.

Hello Audrey, I just subscribed to your UA-cam today. I really like you! I have been getting into Shein a lot lately but having trouble finding the right size. Sweaters are typically 2X but I am lost with tops. We are the same height. Would you mind sharing your weight? It seems like the sizes you try on are way too large. I bought a 3X that fit fine and another fell off my shoulders. I am tired of doing so many returns. I would really appreciate you help. Love Shein and the prices and I love your sweetness and class. I have been looking at other try on hauls for Shein but the models are super large and I don't care for the skimpy tight fitting clothing they wear. So happy I found someone close to my size and what I like to wear. Thank you!!!
Hi!! Honestly, I don't weigh myself so I have no idea and I don't think weight makes any difference in the size; it is strictly by measurements only.
I compare my bust, waist and hip measurements to the garment measurements that pop up when you select a size and 9/10 it's perfect.
You mention the items I try are "too large" but pretty much everything I show fits me, so I'm not sure what you mean.
@@AudreyDLoves , I am sorry! I don't mean the items you try on are too large. I am just comparing your sizes to the super sized models. Not to be offensive but they pour their bodies into skin tight 4 and 5X and it is very unattractive. You do a great job with sizing.
