I have a new (1 month old) Hayward Omni salt generator that is not generating chlorine. The unit reads high salt level (3600-3900) but salt test strips and testing at my local pool store both reflect 2819 ppm. Any troubleshooting thoughts or ideas?
@@cobr9493 check for phosphates! Have the pool store check for that with your water sample. I have a video on how to check for phosphates, but if you have a pool store nearby then it might not make sense to buy the test kit. I also have a separate video on how to remove phosphates. Check back in with an update
