Chicken Feet With Salted Black Beans

The chicken feet are cooked until very tender and gelatinous. The black beans complement the savory flavor of the dish.
Chicken Feet with Salted Black Beans Recipe
1 kilo chicken feet
1/3 cup black salted beans
¼ cup dark soy sauce + ¼ cup water
¼ cup oyster’s sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 inches ginger
6 cloves garlic
1 onion
2 pcs star anise
3 pcs bay leaves
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/3 cup black salted beans
1 tbsp brown sugar
