Funny, about a week ago I installed a new set of Tein Flex-Zs on my 2009 MPV and I was watching your video looking for similarities on the other suspension components. They are basically all the same as I changed the lower control arm bushings and most new bits had both models on the label. Changed front and back lower arm bushings and it's visible in your video that all the other linkages are the same too. I guess the only real difference is the strut length as the CX-7 has a higher riding height than the MPV. Nice video mate! Cheers.

Nice and Clear explanation. Do you know what are the torque specs of the same Mazda CX-7 2008 1) caliper brackets, 2) Retaining bolts Id search in google, and service workshop manual can't find it. Thank you.
What was the size of bolt and thread pitch you used to release the rotor from the hub? Nice video btw

I got the exact same car , but the brakes has gotta screeching sound when slowing down , how much u reckon it will be to fix
