Bryce focus on skating during these drills and not so much stick handling and what your hands are doing. Your skating and edge work is what will separate your game from the rest. Bryce k all the way .
As someone who has struggled with forehand powerturns and do them like you were doing (punch turn), seeing the coach give you the corkscrew to weight shift mechanic is awesome. I can't wait to practice that and see if I can finally do it right. Thank you for posting!

You should try a shorter stick. Then ur top hand wont stick up and out as much

the C cuts just need to be wider. If you look at mcdavids stance the reason he is so fast is because he is so wide on the ice.
