These are some of the most dangerous people in the world. All of them are considered serial killers by pure definition. Some of them are incarcerated, but some of them are roaming around free. Does that make you feel safe at night? Hell no it don't! Time to get a dog.

It would be ironic if a person that talks about serial killers would meet one. If i would pass my days feeding sharks on an aquarium and then i would fall to the pool and die, I would certainly laugh of it in heaven. The truth is humor can be find everywhere. Somethings in life are just a joke for some and serious matter to others. But when there is no point of having a serious mood at something, you can laugh. I mean, what good do you do at being serious about something that has nothing to do with you, unless you are willing to do something about it, it still is pointless to worry. Now, if i could choose to have my laugh and avoid these sort of stuff to happen then I could give up on my laugh, but still, it makes no difference if i don't do anything about it. Just like when you could crash you car in the most ridiculous sort of way and you could do nothing about it, you don't know if laugh or cry, is just pointless to do something that would get the matter worse. To confront a problem, is better to have a good attitude, and crying certainly will not be as productive to that as having a good mood about it. Face live as happy as possible, if you can't avoid a cry once in a while is ok, tragedies happen, you can feel sorry for people close to you, for yourself or for the whole world, is ok to do it once in while, but seeing life as hard as it is and facing it with a good mood is the best you can do.

There's a law here that says max sentence time is 30 years. He probably waited 4 years for the trial or something like that, which would add up to 34. Stupid as hell, btw.
That is a lie, Daniel! It is a 30 year sentence maximum per crime. If I kill one person, that is 30 years. If I kill 10, that is 300. Get your facts straight, man.

Now this guy got out for some really odd reason... Because you usually can cut the sentence to around 1/3 of it. Which for him, would still mean life. The problem resides in the incompetency of our executive system.
João Pedro Veloso If I'm wrong, it's not a lie, it's a mistake. But still that's what I understand from our criminal code, article 75, paragraph 1:
"Quando o agente for condenado a penas privativas de liberdade cuja soma seja superior a 30 (trinta) anos, devem elas ser unificadas para atender ao limite máximo deste artigo."

LucarioIke I agree there, I'm sick of hearing about rapists, murderers and pedophiles being let out of jail. The LIFE in life sentence should mean just that, unless they are proven innocent or there are other special circumstances.

I remember hearing something that in that area of south america the harshest sentence the courts can give is 20-30 years... yeah I know kinda like a get out of jail free (literally) for serial killers there.

I have a question if you have multiple life sentences . how can you serve the other life sentences (-_-) Stupid me is asking
When you serve 1 life sentence you can actually get out early through good behavior but when you get more than 1 then its more difficult to be released

+el maki in Canada a life sentence is 25 years from what im told in usa its said to be 100 idk if that's true or not but people do get released after 30-40 years if they did their crime when they're young...so if someone was 18 and killed 2 people and he gets 2 life sentences back to back he serves 25 then another 25 after that so 50 years instead of getting out and re-offending...its pretty much a way of saying you're in their for life...
+el maki life sentence in the USA is 80 years I guess form what I read online...after 25 years in Canada they can apply for parole but not guaranteed it..
