It’s interesting how Freminet is able to see the other side of Furina’s mental health. He’s experienced the same thing, maybe that’s why he can tell? Even if it’s imagination, he is still able to tell what others can’t see.
Kid's got a scary good eye, potentially on par with the Melusines, and he doesn't even actively realize it.

The thing about Arrlechino is " You will always be villian in someone story " , waiting for her in 4.6.
Unironically, I like how Arlecchino is looking similar enough to Raven (Natasha) from Honkai Impact 3rd, and how their stories are kinda similar (Raven is an assassin who also dreamed of opening an orphanage (idk if she did, I haven't played after that arc) and actually had a place set up in a city swallowed by disaster where she helped mostly kids by bringing supplies monthly, teaching them and being actually nice to them).

i dont think it’s about knowing who’s lying. they are all telling the truth that’s for sure and sharing their experience about arlecchino. you can have a different relationship with a parent then your siblings and i think that’s what happened here.
also it seems like freminet has been in the house of hearth longer than the twins (he was there when arlecchino’s predecessor was the head of the orphanage) meaning he might also know arlecchino far better too.

@@supermomo5875 honestly it can be both. But I think the twins and Freminet knew Arlecchino's true self considering they said not everyone can accept her way and yet they still stayed with her. Can be they patronize her or as you said dependency and being manipulated.

Based from his character story this could be it. The previous director told him many times that he is abandoned (which is not true) and that the only thing he have to do is follow orders and if not, he will be punished severely and abuse. He have little self worth because he thinks he's an abandoned child for not being a good kid and for being useless.

Okay, I know this is an old comment but let me give you more info because that's just the top of the iceberg for his trauma. Freminet used to live alone with his mother, his father abandoned them before he could be of age to remember him and nowadays he hates him for leaving his mother behind in all the debts he had. His mother worked hard everyday, leaving in the morning and coming back late at night. Freminet spent his days opening mechanical machines like lamps and clocks. One day, his mother came home and he actually managed to get a clock fixed. She then proceeded to take clocks and broken mechanisms and bring it back to him so he could repair them and they could be sold. With the money, the women could buy food for her child. Freminet even fixed a music box pendant that he gifted to her and she never took it off unless the both of them could be there to listen to the melody together. One day she took him without saying a word and cried while going to the House of the Hearth. The director (the former knave, not the one we know today) came out and took the child, his mother hanging on one last time his wrist before saying her goodbyes and letting go. The director said that she sold him to settle her debts and even though Freminet didn't want to believe it, he began to lose hope of seeing his mother as the years passed. The knave also manipulated him saying that if he didn't follow orders, his mother would be in danger or that she abandoned him. His only escape was the depth of the ocean. That was until the Arlecchino we know today took over the orphanage. She let him freely investigate on his mother and when he came back empty handed she gave him the music box pendant that she got when killing some people. Freminet is confused and Arlecchino realise that the former knave lied to him about his mother. She asks if he wants the truth and he learns that the debt was too big and that the moneylenders not only wanted the house as compensation but Freminet as well. His mother took him where she knew they wouldn't come to get him and died in the end. The trauma from the severe punishments of the old knave and the trust issues she gave him are a big part of his personality today
For those who have seen the leaks, Chevreuse is the name of the unreleased character formerly referred to as "Sertice", aka the girl character with long purple hair, and eyepatch, and the hat. She apart from her hair and eyes, she has a mostly red and black color scheme.

Let’s be real. Probably none. Arleccino is clearly a very manipulative person and is very quick to kill. The children have also been eluded to have murdered people. I don’t think there’s “good” in the fatui.
We will see. Childe and Wanderer don't have good opinion about her, both think she's absolutely crazy. So they probably saw her more sinister and true side.
only to kids it seems, also, she maybe know that being ruthless to kids are useless as they are in a sense commodity too. i think either there will be personal reason for that but my guess is she know that to groom them into a well rounded loyal agent can be done more effectively by being parental figure

I mean...she IS raising orphans to be child soldiers. Not to mention how she knocks over those cardboard cutouts of Lyney and Lynette. That's some dark symbolism right there that nobody seems to be paying attention to for whatever reason.
With what little we know of her so far, I would say that she's a complicated character at best and at minimum, an ends justify the means type.
